Home Dialysis Facility, sounds great and very convenient and is. Problem, watch the fine print on anything you sign with this company! Husband was using this service Sept. 2003 until he passed away last year. Original contract sighned stated they would accept Medicare & Private insurance, which we had. I have read other complaints about unauthorized charges from SLIMLIFE or ANEWLEANU which tag along when you order Wu Yi tea. You can cancel these charges so I found out this morning - I was having the same problem. Beside the name of the company on the credit card statement are ten numbers. These are the phone numbers of the customer service company for these companies. Put a 1 in front of them and you get to talk to a real live person who will cancel the charges.
