I have purchased Manchester United shirts for this season and both the home and away shirts have two bands on the back of the shirt one from the neck down and one from the lower back down. I've been to this supposedly "upscale" salon several times in the past with average results. The reason I've returned is it is convenient to my home. I had a terrible experience today with the manager/owner "Phyllis" who apparently has no problem letting clients wait as long as an hour for service, with very little apology. I just found out these companies are owned by the same person. They got me to sign up for a pagent with ridiculous fees. Unfortunately I did not check them out before spending over $6000 on 13 orders from 12/22/06 to 1/13/07 under the impression that false, misleading and misrepresentation is not allowed by the FCC. It seems that every time I order something silk from Victoria's Secret, I get something either polyester or rayon. In several cases, the items were labeled silk on the tag as well as the web site and catalog.
