Dr. Lorraine Dajani has blocked my ability to make appointments with a lengthy list of northeast Florida endocrinologists. She belongs to an Association of doctors with offices throughout the Jacksonville area. I get as much as 100 pieces of mail a month. They must hire someone just to harass me. We are well into our 80`s and we both have cancer. I e-mailed Popularkicks over and over again and they keep saying that their supplier is overseas and it takes a while to get them. I have purchase one pair of shoes on 30.1.07 from a Bata Showroom in Hyderabad, India when there was a scheme going on. That is on purchase of Shoe worth Rs 2000/- , Rs 1000/- worth product can be purchased. Then i purchased another shoe worth Rs 1800/- but they did not have shoes for my size. They asked me to take another size and get it exchanged after 5 to 10 days after the new stocks arrive. But it is 2months till date nothing has happened. On March 14th 2007 I went to the Regis at the Oaks Mall for a walk-in haircut which I received from a woman named Keri. It ended up being the worst one I've ever had. The whole cut lasted only 5 minutes. I was mistakenly thinking "This girl must be really good." but when I got home and got a good look at my now dry hair, it was completely uneven; in some places by over an inch. I called customer service and I was told I would have to pay to send back, I complained that I shouldn't have to pay for their mistake. They finally agreed to a pick of slip at their expense. Every two to four days they e-mail me a new "20% off until... sale" notice. I received my Cinialb Pills from Owen Beyer and decided they weren't for me. I sent them back in the mail on 2/21/2007 for a full $75.00 refund and have yet to receive my refund. After two weeks they sent me an email saying that a request for a refund was done on 3/14/2007 and to wait 10-14 BUSINESS DAYS. I just want to take a moment to warn anyone against taking a job at The Country Club of Virginia. They do not take care of employees as they claim. In fact, employees will be put in danger if it makes the members happy. Buildings with ceilings about to cave in are where tools are kept. Superintendents will send out employees in lightening storms to mow greens before a tournament and pay raises are a joke. The employee turnover rate is phenomenal. I recently purchased a Cad bury Chocolate from a local shop in Delhi, after opening the outer packaging of the chocolate i found that it was not fit for consumption. The inner packaging of the chocolate is still intact. The chocolate has 2 cubes missing, further more there are stains on the paper which is used to do the inner packaging. I think this is very bad on the part of Cad bury to allow such food products enter market, which are not fit for consumption and are a hazard to public health. When i went back to them for replacement within 48 hrs of purchase the staff behaved very badly and insulted me by shouting in front of other customers and embarrassed me and also also said company does not allow us to replace the sold goods and we dont have time to entertain such queries. In December 2006 we purchased a pair of Nike Shocks for AUD$120 from Footlocker in Eastgardens, NSW Australia. Already one of the shocks has separated from the sole of the shoe. Upon examination it is obvious the shocks are just glued on, which shows shoddy, cheap manufacturing - not the quality you would expect for $120 shoes.
