I have an unauthorized charge of $39.99 on my credit card. I joined for one year. After joining, the web site would never let me play chess. The web site worked great until I joined. I never gave permission for my credit card to be left on the site nor for any more charges to be put on my card. The credit card has an expired date on it but the company Intrust allowed the charge. Company wont give the EPA certification for the xm-155. The MCO provided did not say it met EPA standards so DMV in Oregon wont license the scooter. Cant get it street legal without the EPA certification. Ive been trying to get it for TWO MONTHS from customer service. So I wind up with an expensive YARD ORNAMENT!! I have a complaint regarding the express delivery services. The parcel that was supposed to be delivered to me (Paranaque City Manila, Philippines) yesterday from Montevideo Uruguay, July 31, 2008 was not delivered due to the loss of a certain item inside the package. Ive been a consistent member of LA Fitness for over 8 years. Every year I paid per year on time. I had a CD player installed in my boat. Well the installer hooked it up wrong and when I tried to go out to the lake the next day, My boat would'nt start. The wiring was wrong and made my amp have power all night and therefore drained my battery so bad a cell went bad in a five month old battery. I called the installer he advised me to cut two wires on the harness until i could bring it back. All Management wanted to do was hook it up right which would be a 1.97 toggle switch. I had ordered three small cloth dolls and it weighed less than 3 ounces. When I asked about the cost of shipping I was told that I would be charged separately. Because the dolls were very light and small, I didn't think it would be alot. But they charged $10. They cannot keep track of customer records and are now being investigated for fraud. From my personal experience they charged my account without my permission and then proceeded to write me a reimbursement check that was dated for thirty days from the date received. This check was for the incorrect amount, and when I called about the amount the only thing that the manger could say is "have your lawyer call my lawyer." She yelled at me over the phone and has been very rude. She hired staff that could not complete their tasks and could have prevented the charge. Do not use this storage unit. read full review »

Someone calling to "verify the name and address" for a listing in a directory, which was followed by an invoice for $410.95. I tried unsuccessfully to cancel the bill. They sent me matches that were not within the criteria and they took a long time to reply or return phone calls. I decided to stop the membership payments. I ordered quiksell in May 2008 and have sent in lots and lots of deals, with pics, samples were sent and etc. I never hear back from them, they are very slow if they do answer back.
