Be careful with this company "A&W MEDICAL SUPPLY". I'm not sure if they really exist at all as a legit company. I believe they are fraudulent. Don't give out your credit card information. I ordered Veinlite EMS from them & they responded quickly to get my credit card security code and informed me that the item would be shipped right away. My credit card was charged right away. I received a $50 reward card via email, against opening a credit card with Old Navy (same chain). The reward card has no fine print such as cannot be clubbed with promos etc. Only it had an expiry date. I also had a 20% OFF coupon. I did a purchase of over $220 at Banana Republic store at Seattle Premium Outlet (Tulalip, WA), and redeemed the $50 reward, but forgot to apply 20% OFF coupon. Their feeder bind up from feed dust that the unit dispenses and unit has to be taken apart every time you filled unit up. company want you to send unit back form to check and customer service want listed about problem. I started trying to contact them Sept 2010 and they final answered in Feb 2011. but customer service wouldn't help and they where rude and offer not solution only to return unit to them. why return unit when only thing needed is clean unit, but cleaning every time you fill it is nuisance. their people want dicuss any options how to repair unit. read full review »

I purchased tickets online with LOCAL TICKET. I was charged $27.00 for tickets that cost $15.00. After calling the company I was talked to rudely and they then explained to me that they were a third party company. I thought I was paying for better seats, not seats that could have been purchased when I arrived at my destination. I am in customer service and this is the worst company have ever dealt with and I will not ever use this service again. If you can avoid using this company, do it and save yourself the headache! I ordered Valentine's Day flowers a week before they were supposed to be delivered. My fiancee works until 5:00 PM and there's a receptionist until 6:00 PM. Bought a Franklin recliner from American home furnishing in July. had it replaced within two weeks, with same chair.by December that chair was falling apart. Franklin corp.would not answer e-mails or do anything about replacing the chair because we had it to long. amh couldn't do anything about the chair but have it repaired because Franklin would not allow it.as i sit and wait for someone to come and repair it the chair continues to become worse. the structure is rapidly declining, the seat and one arm cushion are slowly collapsing, and tips to one side very easily. read full review »

After hearing of this great offer (like they make it sound) I was really happy. Then I seen the interest rate...wow, but if you really need it to start a business like me I was willing. They told me I needed my down payment (which was 2 payments plus a $300 non-refundable application fee). He made it sound like I would have no problem getting the loan, but drafting my money from my acct within 24hrs, they were not able to approve me & made $300 off of me. Do NOT Go to SONO BELLO anywhere, they are all the same! High pressure sales pitch, charge you the day of your consult, not the 14 days prior to your procedure like the contract says and then won't refund if you change your mind. I was charged the day of the consult, did not meet the dr., called them the same day to say I changed my mind, this was Jan.26, 2011, and am still trying to get the charged reversed!!!Then have the nerve to act like you did something wrong.They open the charge card for you!!!I thought they were just checking credit and whether I qualified or not. Our legal system never ceases to amaze me. We had a non-paying tenant occupying our property that refused to pay rent and actually claimed that our property caused damage to her health and priceless personal items. Went to court to formally evict said tenant and paid substantial fees along the way. Won our case, tenant finally left, still has not paid and now have learned that more time and fees are involved with trying to collect the money awarded from our case. Is it just me or does the innocent person get crapped on in this long, expensive and very time consuming process? Seems like there has to be a better way. read full review »

My hearing loss had increased to the point where I needed hearing aids. I got tested, established my hearing loss, and got fitted for hearing aids. The "Professional" that fit me convinced me to buy Oticon Vigo Pro digital hearing aids. I have had them 3+ years, and they have never worked right. Units have been replaced, speakers replaced, and so on-to no avail. Please don't spend $3800 foolishly like I did, but another brand if you can find one that works. When I signed up for surplus supplier I was told I had 14 days to consider whether or not I wanted to do it. There was an initial charge of 3.95 then after 14 days if I didn't cancel I would be charged 49.95. Well I was charged 49.95 twice in less than a week after signing up. No such thing as a happy former employee from this branch. Skilled management is non-existent; managed by emotion and intimidation...like being in high school but worse. Big turnover tells the story. Epoxy Coat is garbage, don't buy it. I am floor coatings installer with 30 years experience. As a contractor I thought I'd try Epoxy-Coat on a home owner garage. Sounded good because they say its 5X thicker than the competition. What they don't tell you is that thickness has nothing to do with adhesion, or chemical resistance. On 12 Feb. I ordered for Valentines Day. Order was not processed nor did recipient receive order as promised. When I called for a refund, it was refused and they lied and said order was in process of delivery. The didn't even know the name of the Florist processing the order. The representative said they were in Illinois, yet they couldn't understand English well. When I asked what time it was in Illinois, they didn't even know. THE BOTTOM LINE IS: DO NOT ORDER FROM FTD.
