This company calls up customer, tells them that ‘they are’ your local phone company and bamboozles you into their service, with a one yr contract too boot. Good service or not, they rip people off every day! I called them once and the lady on the other end of the line was very sweet when she answered the phone, I simply asked (inquired) do you guys have contracts? She got very stern and asked “who is this”? No joke! That right there told me all I needed to know about this so called company. They should be taken down! They are classic crooks in the 21st century and shouldn't be supported in any way. read full review »

We bought an expensive tub of "nostalgia" candy from the 1960"s. When we got home and opened it, almost 50% (No Kidding) was paper stuffing. I was shocked. Even more so since the advertising was "filled to the brim with candy." I called the store and spoke to the manager, who essentially said - "too bad. can't do anything." I called corporate and left a message for the President and the Owner, as well as sending emails. No response to anything. Bought the pasta boat and upgraded so I could steam veggies. No checkout invoice, so I called the next day after receiving an e-mail receipt with pricing that could not figured out. The representative stated that once you upgrade you do not receive the buy one get one free. You can not tell this from the info provided on their website! Larson Storm Doors

We just bought a Larson storm door. When we started to install it, we realized we didn't have any screws at all. So we had to go buy screws for it. The instructions are useless. They make no sense at all. We finally have the frame up and ready to put the glass in, but the instructions does not go into detail on how to do that. We also noticed that we don't have the screws to install the closer. I think if you pay $196.00 (before taxes) you should get everything you need to install the door. I am so disgusted by the lack of service I'm getting from the department of home affairs. In February 2009 I went to a Sasolburg branch to apply for a new ID to rectify the date of birth. In March I got a call from one of the staff members at the same branch saying I need to have my fingerprints done and they say I have done this in Feb when I first went in. Done. We have a netstar system that was changed from one vehicle to another in April this year. THe fitment was done by Autoradio Randburg who never sent the documents through, so we didn't get a certificate for the new vehcile. After months of trying to get autoradio to send the documents I contacted Netstar direct - what a useless bunch. I got hold of Gert Johnson who had promised to get it all sorted out and all the documents were sent to him. After weeks of following up I get told he has passed away and no one else can help. I have requested on21st June .10 to trasnfer line but till date ( 7/9/10). and now agents like Hi-tech ( Manpreet, nikhil ) are forcing me to disconnet the connection. instead of tranfer. and beauty is this that on the same new adderess i am using one more connection. I just sign up 2 years Mobile Broadband with Singtel. And they provide me device E1782 to online. But once I got this device, I feel the connection is not stable. I using 7.2Mbps network, but the network always disconnect. I am not able to go online smoothly. Hence I call into Singtel 1688 seek for help. For the 1st time, the customer care ask me to update my firmware which I already did. But I still do it again. But still facing problem. So I call in again. This company failed to deliver my household furniture and personal goods after having given me confirmed delivery dates on numerous occassions. Each excuse was followed by 'van broken, or no van available ', etc etc. With a window of delivery covering 10 days 8/16 - 8/29, I am still without a delivery date and no due date in sight. I order from an ad onTV for a WATERJET only. I talked to a machine & had no option to speak with a person. Once they got my crecit card info they added a lot of other items to my bill before I was disconnected they said my total was 72.65. The WATERJET + shipping was 19.95 + 7.95. They confuse you by giving you all these other items but did not give me the option of saying I only wanted the WATERJET. It is shocking that the toilets of such a world famous shopping center are so poorly maintained. I go to Canal Walk very often and at any given time the toilets are in a terrible state. There is always urine on the seats, toilet paper on the floors, taps dont all always work, dispensers out of soap and roller towel and the baby changing facilities leaves tons to be desired. My brother's employee Nampak reduced his salary by 25% because he refused to be intimidated into applying for disabilty. They told him the funds would be used to pay the salary of his assisstant whilst he was on restricted duties - we found out that you cannot use disblity funds in this manner and he refused to sign. Using Virgin Mobile Canada services is total nightmare. Their customer service is not professional or friendly. There is no way to solve any problem with billing or payments. I have to pay for 1 800 services, high charges for 1 min duration of calls, which combines roaming and long distance calls from Florida to Toronto, Canada. I stopped using Virgin Mobile services in he middle of February, 2010. I took at $240 dress to Carousel Cleaners, on 13 Mile Road in Roseville, MI, to have a small white powdery stain removed. They removed part of the stain, but the dress was returned to me with huge, black, drippy-looking stains all over the dress. I needed the dress for a wedding, that afternoon, but Carousel Cleaners ruined the dress. The man at the counter was unconcerned. I am trying to find out who the owner is.
