The website offers a service to refinish scratched cds. I paid $34.95 for a 25 disc plan to fix 25 video games. I sent them 10 games and I didn't receive them back or hear for them. We rented a 31 camper from Woodlands Camper & RV over Memorial Weekend. They were very nice when we picked it up and explained everything involved. Very poor and sloppy interior paint job to 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Paint was on security system room monitors, furniture, and carpet. Paint was also on bed comforters and linens. This moving company damaged all the furniture they moved of ours. We are taking them to court to cover damages but because they are so crooked they think they have us beat. This is with reference to the news "Etisalat Customer Care Centre achieves ISO 27001:2005 Certificate". I was trying to contact Etisalat Customer care number 101 for the last 48 Hours continuosly, to report the faults to my E-vision account. Untill now nobody has answered the phone and still continuing the fault. I am just wondering that on what basis this customer care got ISO certification. The company finds anyway around not honoring warranty. After filing a claim because my son urinated on the sofa, they were supposed to send me cleaner. They never did. Called back said it was on its way and I still never received it. Called for a 3rd time and they put in for a technician to come. He came to clean it and said it was to "big" for him to do and they would send someone else out. Uniters did not. I would never buy a warranty from them again.
