I purchased an Air Card March 3rd, 2010. The Air Card stopped working March 17th, 2010. I wasn't able to get a refund because I didn't have the box. I couldn't exchange it because the Verizon reps at the Mall did not believe that the card was a problem. I returned consecutive times and one of those I went to the Apple Computer store, tested it with their computers. The card did not work. I had broken my cell phone and went online to get a replacement. The process was smooth and easy. Instead of overnight, I got it two days...not a big deal. When I recieved the new phone and went to activate it, the screen started glitching. It would not let me calibrate to my settings, instead kept beeping anywhere I pushed. I have a 27" 8.5 hp auger type snowblower that I bought about 3 years ago and barely been used because of lack of snowfall here in Pa. The recent series of storms has required me to actually use this machine. The machine was NOT used roughly or abused, but nevertheless fell apart. The auger axel is mounted on a cup that is attached to the housing. This cup supports the shaft while it spins. The metal of the houseing is SO thin and unreliable that it simply bends out and the shaft slips out of the cup. Banging it back into position is a temporary fix until the next time. Ordered heated mattress pad. Control was numbered 1thruHI (approx 10) Had it on once to try. On HI for 3 hrs. Very little heat in center of pad only. I purchased a fairly expenseive TaskMaster Industrial Chair for Safeco Products . I had a situation where the back became damaged and need to replace the padded back. The chair was sent as an assembled kit. I would have assumed that if a part broke or became defective I would be able to get a replacement. This was not the case. In fact that don't have any replacement parts other then casters (which my chair does not have). I am so glad I am not the only one to hear that is getting screwed by this company. One day, I was lazy enough to not drive to my nearest Lowe's store to pay off the bill. I cannot explain how much of a HEADACHE our experience has been with 1-800-VENDING. There are railroad tracks across from our business and we are seriously considering laying the stupid machine on the tracks and watching a train obliterate the *** thing. The machine didn't work from day 1, and trying to get customer service that was actually helpful was impossible. We were sent various parts, chips, circuit boards... NOT worth the headache it's caused. The company's communication has been terrible, we've gotten jerked back and forth and given the run around for weeks now... Don't go with 1-800-vending! Deffective exchange for same 7 month old phone now requires a data plan. Apparently smart phones purchased after September 2009 require a data plan. The phone being replaced was purchased prior to Sept. 2009 but AT&T argued with me now for HOURS why there has to be a a data plan attached. Need an act of Congress/God to correct this in their system. Looks like they might resolve this ; let's see. They are so frustrating to deal with ; they make account mistakes and you're trapped in "policy" hell. Do not use this company. I flew into Fort Lauderdale and needed to take a shuttle for me and my family to Miami to board a cruise. I scheduled the pickup a few days in advance. They were an hour late in picking us up from the airport. The car was a Navigator. There was no logo, or any sign of a company.
