This company has been taking $1000 "security deposits" from contractors, designers & architects since summer of 2009 but they have not produced the lead generating program that they have promised. It appears that they may be out of business now. I have been trying to get my money refunded since October 2009 and they have never responded other than telling me "they are working on it". On 22 March 2010 I lost my mobile phone, I reported the lost phone to MTN (083 1 808) and the phone was blacklisted whilst I was on the phone with MTN. Let me start by saying I spent 2 hours and 13 minutes on the phone with Century Link this afternoon. My internet connection had seemed slow lately. I opened a chat with their customer service who had me run a speed test. I was at like 223 download and 120 upload. The rep advised me to do a reset of the modem and power it down. Placed an order Jan 30, 2010 on their website for a pen to be engraved for presentation at an awards event to be held on Feb 25, 2010. Their site indicate a normal delivery of approx 5 business days with a current delay of 3 - 4 additional days due to an upgrade being preformed at their site. I had to get my car towed to a body shop (who was willing to stay open for me) Tim's towing said they would be there within an hour. This was approximately 3pm. They said to leave the keys and I got a ride home. I recieved a call at 9:30PM from the driver asking what hhe wanted me to do with the car. I wa upset but told him where to go. This company Griggs and Associates, a debt collection company, took an unauthorized debit payment from by checking account. I gave them clearance to take a one time debit. A week later I checked my account to see that they took another payment without my clearance and authorization.
