Ideal Savings Now LLC Voicemail Nationwide with charges of 14.95 plus tax (1.05) total charge = $16 I called the numbers listed on the bill to cancel the service and then stayed on the line (which was required) to request a refund of the charges. When engaged them for a new maid, they are friendly and welcoming. When you returned a poor quality maid back to them, they turn hostile. They refused to talk to you regarding the advance payment even when you told them that you are not going to get a replacement from them. The repair man tried charging me for a service call when the appliance is still under warranty. The repair man (Lynn) claimed he was the owner, don't know if it's true. He left the fridge torn apart and left when I informed him I wasn't paying him since it's still under warranty and fridigaire told me I was not to pay the service man. I purchase a brand new in the box wet tile cutter. On the receipt it says that Candian tire will not accept opened boxes. Any defects or missing parts must be obtained from the manufacturer. It's a Mastercraft tool - The Canadian Tire brand. This amounts to CT moving to a final sale model, where you cannot return anything to them. Once you open the box, you own it. They kept delaying the transfer for one reason or another such as having to speak with the conpany owner to prevent fraud, banks take time, etc. It was one excuse after another.
