ive been scamed by these people, and something should be done to stop people getting caught up there scam. They offered me free 30 day trial, plus shipping of 5.95. when i came to check my bank statement they took 65.00 without my say so and still kept taking money out every 30 days the product is a totally different packaging nothing like what was advidtised. I now have fruad team investergating them, and ive made sure the bank pays me what they have taken out... BEWARE DONT GET SUCKED IN LIKE I DID. I made a comment on "sickofscams" Do not order anything from them. I do have a phone number that you can try. 1-800-589-5791. I set an alert on lins so that I get an email alert from my bank when something is charged to my account (over a certain amount) online, by phone or mail. That way I can check the charges and make sure I know of them. I called customer service at my bank and he gave me the number. Restitution is still pending for the 9.95 shipping charge and 99.10 for the electronic cigarette to my account. read full review »

I had been using a Nomi-mobile SIM for a year or so with no problems. Nomi was recommended to me by a kiosk selling calling cards who said their rates were very good, which is true. Txt msgs 11p to Europe, calls 1p p/m to Europe, 5p to UK landlines and 10p to mobiles, etc. You also have the option of using a landline to make cheaper calls. I found them very helpful, very competitively priced and I loved the online account. Word to the wise: AVOID AT&T U-VERSE AT ALL COST! It is very tempting due to the price and bundled package, but you will be sorry if you fall for it. They seem to be spending a lot on advertising - probably to try to replace the customers they are losing due to there terrible product and customer service. Once again, when I have an issue with Cablevision, they provide you with either misleading or incorrect information. I have a cable card ready LCD which Cablevision has shown an inability to support. This is the third time in a month that I have requested their help since I am not receiving the cable signal. Time Warner installed telephone service with my cable and internet service. Not there fault but they hooked it up to a line that has another number on it. Now internet is slow, cable is o.k. but I can't call out on phoned and nobody can call in. I'm new to the computer but I can't get them on the Internet to advise about the problem! This is not good when I need a phone because of ill health of mine, my daughters, and my grandaughters health. No matter what I tried I cann't get them to help me on line. I was at Braums in Monett MO. Sun. August 26, 2007, the food was great, but the manager on duty was rude, loud, discourtious to the customers and the employees. I felt so sorry for the casheir. The manager kept yelling at her while she was ringing our order up. and i might add the manager was in the back and yelling to the front. we ordered milk shakes . the casheir told the manager we wanted med size and the manager yelled back and ask if that is what we paid for. We have had trouble with our rural service for a long time. They come, but it is never fixed. Static is so bad, you can't talk to anyone and the phone just cuts off sometimes when we are talking. To call them, you better be prepared to have an hour to kill anyway. Online is just as bad, they don't give you any satisfaction there. I recieved an email in regards to an ad on Puppy Find from a lady who claimed to be sick and couldnt care for her puppies. She was to give them to me. Then "realized" i was too far to pick up and wanted to ship them. This was fine but the company wanted to me to pay for the shipping via wertern union and the money was going to cameroon. We have the same issue with Symatec. All, please send letters to Janice Chaffin, Group VP Consumer Business Unit and cc your State Attoney office and Credit Card company. I call Symatec Global Head Quarters at 650-527-8000. They will not let you speak to a company rep to try to solve the billing issues. They will not provide a phone number for DRI Symatec. New management is very rude, spacially two new onsite office managers. we have an incident before thanks giving. We had rotten smell coming from our stair. We call apt. office and they send a maintenance man, Smell was horrible, maintained man said it may be squirrel died inside the wall. My wife told the office manager to fix the problem . Got Sky has a "fair service" policy that they use to essentially cut off your service. They do this if you are so bold as to try to download a movie or large program. They then continue to charge you about $70.oo per month with essentially no service!!! I would strongly recommend that no one use this company. They are arrogant and stupid. We have availed 53 Air tel connection on CUG basis, and every nowand then the out going calls were discunnected with out any proper reason. evern today ie 4th Dec.09 since morning all our line were not working, getting the message out going call were temporaryly disconnected to your phone.
