She was bitten twice, once in the face and once on the arm (this bite actually bled), by a violent and aggressive child who they refuse to dismiss and refuse to divulge the details of the "behavioral plan" they supposedly have begun treating him with. I have called customer care to cancel the card on date when bill would be generated. But there is no option to cancel the card or take the request in phone. After 4days i went to Airtle customer care office to surrender the card, the card is cancelled, but the cancellation letter is not issued immediately and they would send bill for rental amount for 4 days.
