Mark Zettler will sell you with words, tell you its gonna be great. Then when you receive your decor its like a child did it. Once you complain he swears it was your fault and that you were to blame for the services rendered. He treats his employees as if they are petty and beneath him, just like his customers. Bought an expensive King bed from Oak Express and new mattress from Denver Mattress Co. Had them delivered. Mattress did not fit bed and I mean by 8 inches on the length. I hired New Penn through an intermediary freight shipping agent called Freightquote.com to ship goods I sold to customers through my website. They badly damaged the 1st shipment. I submitted a damage claim. I received 4 phone calls in a row, at 11:30pm, from (229) 389-5848. They woke me up out of a dead sleep. The first two times I didn't answer the phone. The third time I answered and immediately hung up. The fourth time I finally answered the phone, but no one on the other end would speak - so I hung up. My brother and I have a credit card from Virgin (MBNA) Having become unemployed I thought I would call help line for a claim pack. This came and I filled it in (very intrusive I might add) sent this off about two weeks later got the reply we are unable to help you at this time. It turns out that my brother is covered but only for death or hospital admin. So this turns out to be a joint policy but only in one name. I recently bought a Paint Wizard Pro from this company, which is advertised by Tommy walsh on Sky TV Shopping channel, and it arrived last week. My husband followed the instructions and filled it with paint, put the lid tight on, and commenced painting the ceiling, all of a sudden the lid came off and paint went all over my carpet. I bought a Woolen jacket about a month back and the threads/balls of wool start projecting out of the jacket. I go back to H&M and ask for an exchange mentioning that the product I am not happy with and get an exchange. I am told thats the normal wear and tear. Thats the product expectation from H&M. I am documenting two complaints. First of all their return policy is a joke. I tried to return items for a refund OR store credit, however, I have lost my receipt. I was denied any sort of refund.
