I've been buying Gevalia for well over 3 yrs. All of a sudden, I'm receiving a notice from North Shore Agency( a collection agency) stating I owe $39.70 to Gevalia. I called Gevalia and I was told they have no credit card on file. The credit card that was being charged has not expired yet. Z57 did not generate one (1) real lead for us and charged us over $300 to develop a website we had to go in and customize. They then charged $99 a month for hosting with many many promises of business leads and marketing. We contacted the company to reduce the monthly from $99 to $49. A mysterious charge of $47.50 appeared upon my bank statement from "Google Whiz" with a customer service number from my bank as 866-995-9803. When calling that number the representatives say that they are not Google Whiz and provide the customer service number of 877-866-2431 that rings to an advertisement for a talk-line and then disconnects.
