Today I received an order of BeforenAfter Slipcovers. I am extermely displeased with the order, since the bolster cover pillow covers were simply very common place and the damask is of far inferior quality and I was charged $200.00 for flimsy materials and poor craftmanship. I am a retailer that ordered from this sign maker for the first time. Before ordering, I shopped arounded. All the other companies quoted a month to six weeks production, so I chose them...as they quoted a week and a half of production time. We had a representative come to the house to look at our exisitng furniture and had her order the matching pieces which was represented as a model number. When it arrived, it turned out to be the wrong color. We found out that the model number on the paperwork was incorrect. California Furniture refused to take responsibility for the mistake. We discussed it with them and eventually reported them to the Better Business Bureau with no results. We were forced to sell it as a consignment and lost hundreds of dollars. I continually get emails from Ice Mountain that are intended for someone who is a current customer and is not paying his bill. I tried to unsubscribe the email from the company but w/o knowing your account # (and I am not a customer) you cannot unsubscribe. I called the company 3 times to remove my email and told them the name of the customer, but they only wanted my personal info and I refused to give it to them because all they need to know is my email address and the customer's name who it needs to go to so they can get his real email address. Beware of LEDLight.com. This company is selling products that they know are defective. No support for failed LED bulbs. I have a complaint posted by one of my competitors that try to ruin my business and I turned to Credo Media Group to push it back. They said that if I pay them $5000 for two months they will push that complaint into the 5th page. I paid them the first month and nothing happened. When I called them, they said that it will take some more time and I should pay for the second month. I did this too and now I still don't see anything; the complaint is still there, even higher now. This caused, without my knowledge or consent, for charges of $19.95 a month to be placed on my credit card. I received email from somebody on Craigslist. Yes, they charge $1 per bid and the bids are only for .10 increments so it takes hours to get to the final bidding. Then when you get close there is at least a 3-5 second delay when their server updates so you aren't bidding real time and because of that it's a real crap shoot as to who wins the bidding process. Do do agree to a listing with googelypages.com. This company does not send contracts listing the terms. You will receive a phone informing you that you account is overdue and you cannot cancel your subscription until the balance is paid because it "automatically" renews. If you do agree on a settlement payment the company continues to harass you and ask for more money because your account renewed and you are receiving a service for free. ADT here in Douglas County, GA is HORRIBLE. Avoid them!. Our instaler was so bad that the system appeared to work fine but we had no signal going to the ADT monitoring station for months. We received no credit. Now, we have the system not working correctly again. The service tech was supposed to be here yesterday but no-showed. I purchased a continued service plan from Beaudry RV when I purched a motorhome. I have now had the motor home about 2 years. On a trip out this summer, I had three items fail that should have been covered under the plan. My wife and I visted the Hatfield near Doncaster for a meal. We had to ask three times for my wife's red wine to be topped up to the line on the glass. There was dried on food on the cutlery. We ordered the above-referenced range hood from this company. When we received it, we realized it had already been installed (and removed) and then repackaged. The hood had several rivets missing, the electrical panel missing (there was a hole where the LCD panel should have been!), several screws missing, caulk on the electrical cord, and a dented exhaust vent. I ordered three items that came to me in the wrong color than what their web site showed. I returned three items in the approapriate time frame.
