I would like to report and warn other business owners that are considering moving to Cox Communication Business Services to be aware that Cox Communications without warning will time to time change their assigned static ip addresses. Cox Communications has changed our twice in six months. Purchased Mastercraft Torque Wrench from Canadian Tire in Pincourt, Quebec last year. The wrench was only used once, that's when the ratchet head stripped. I decided to take it back to Canadian Tire for a exchange seeing it had a "lifetime" warranty but was declined at the customer service counter seeing I no longer had the receipt. We purchased 5 lines of service through Reliable Wireless who sells cell phone service for T-Mobile at the Eastwood Mall. We had them physically look up our address in their coverage area which they show as very good coverage. We asked the question numerous times about any fees if we were unsatified with the service. We purchased a villa on Sands Beach Resort, in December 2005 and on completion of the sale asked about a Spanish will. Rocky Mountain dish located in Parker, Co, sells and installs dishnet work service. They have horrible customer service and are very abusive to their customers. They do not show up and install the dish when they are supposed to, leaving you waiting for hours, you are lucky if they show up within a weeks time. I earn good money & use my account well but they still will only grant me a cash card. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! The customer service is horrible. My order was damaged three times. I spoke to five differents people there. Left over 6 messages and never got a call back. Pass4sure.com is the biggest scam out there. I did a search for pass4sure.com scam and I wasn't the only one that was ripped off by pass4sure. I ordered the Microsoft 70-290 from pass4sure hoping that I can pass my exam because it states that I will get my money back if I fail and I happened to fail the exam. I was terminated from Apollo Motor Homes LLC on September 3rd 2009. I was told upon my termination that I would receive 2 weeks pay on top of my current owed wages + my bonus check for selling additional products that was already 3 months over due. GoFishCreative.com purports to be functional in programming and design. Unfortunately, their programmer and owner, Adam Cottam, writes horrible code and is extremely unprofessional. Do not expect to get functional code for your money. Also, do not expect to get an accounting of the hours he has worked on your program. I am extermely displeased with the order, since the bolster cover pillow covers were simply very common place and the damask is of far inferior quality and I was charged $200.00 for flimsy materials and poor craftmanship. I am a retailer that ordered from this sign maker for the first time. Before ordering, I shopped arounded. All the other companies quoted a month to six weeks production, so I chose them...as they quoted a week and a half of production time. We had a representative come to the house to look at our exisitng furniture and had her order the matching pieces which was represented as a model number. When it arrived, it turned out to be the wrong color. We found out that the model number on the paperwork was incorrect. California Furniture refused to take responsibility for the mistake. We discussed it with them and eventually reported them to the Better Business Bureau with no results. We were forced to sell it as a consignment and lost hundreds of dollars. I continually get emails from Ice Mountain that are intended for someone who is a current customer and is not paying his bill. I tried to unsubscribe the email from the company but w/o knowing your account # (and I am not a customer) you cannot unsubscribe. I called the company 3 times to remove my email and told them the name of the customer, but they only wanted my personal info and I refused to give it to them because all they need to know is my email address and the customer's name who it needs to go to so they can get his real email address. Beware of LEDLight.com. This company is selling products that they know are defective. No support for failed LED bulbs. These bulbs are very expensive ($20 - $105) and in some cases last only two or three weeks. They refuse to replace defective bulbs. I have a complaint posted by one of my competitors that try to ruin my business and I turned to Credo Media Group to push it back. They said that if I pay them $5000 for two months they will push that complaint into the 5th page. I paid them the first month and nothing happened. When I called them, they said that it will take some more time and I should pay for the second month. I did this too and now I still don't see anything; the complaint is still there, even higher now.
