CanopCo Incoporated had a problem with their bililng system and a number of people in Canada were billed for calls out of the Arizona Area. Telus is aware of the problem and asks that all customers call CanopCo to have the charges reversed. I called the number and waited 20 minutes on the line. On August 7, 2009, we took our Toyota Corolla to Midas Pikesville for an oil change and asked them to look into oil leak problems that we were having. They did the oil change and reported they couldnt tell what the problem was since the engine needed to be cleaned. 50 dollar logo should improve their communication with customers. Forget about several revisions. They will never listen to you. I could not communicate with them even for the first revision. While trying to download anything from itunes, connection slows from 3mbps service payed for to below 500kbps. I am at a loss for words and options. I bought gas at the Chevron Station on 518 and Alabama a week and a half ago. I barely made it home. My Toyota is now at Star Toyota, It has over a gallon of water in the gas. I have contacted Chevron and the owner of the gas station. I purchased a Haier dehumidifier in June of 2008. It died 15 months later after less than two summer's use. When plugged in and turned on, it sets off the circuit breaiker. Their warranty is vaguely worded, so much so that the individual answering the phone couldn't define what it meant. My loan was taken over by Cenlar from Taylor, Bean, and Whittaker. They sent me a letter telling me that and said they had included a temporary coupon to make my payment. No coupon was in the envelope. I made a payment to the payment address with the new account number on it and after two weeks it has not been cashed. The telecommunications company, Magic Island Technologies, that monopolizes our internet options here provides the worst service and price out of any ISP I have ever come across.
