I purchased a brand new Ashley wood stove from Rocky Top General Store in Harriman, Tennessee for $790.00. They brought the stove to my house, set it up and left. I went to put wood in it and almost all of the bolts and screws were missing! They came back and fixed it and the other day the bottom door where you remove the ashes, fell completely off. Do not give your money to this company. They bounce checks to suppliers in hopes of getting a product for free after it ships so the supplier has no recourse. Belle Kitchen placed an order on behalf of their client for a kitchen hood, paid a deposit, and then paid the final balance to have the order fabricated to their specifications. In LARGE print on their website, USSearch guarantees to provide the phone number associated with an address or, if not, there will be no charge. I know personally the people who have owned/lived at the address I submitted for 20 years, and the number USSearch provided was for someone else, not the people who actually live there. They then refused to refund my 14.95 Searching further on their website reveals, in TINY print, that the customer is charged if USSearch provides them with ANY information at all. Once they got the customer setup, they will use every trick possible to pay for your freight before pickup and after your merchandise is pickedup, they will tell you your payment did not get into their bank account, ask for your credit card to charge so yu will be charged twice if they can get away with it, and when everything fails, they will blackmail you with empounding your merchandise. I am getting these charges for various amounts sometimes all in the same month from Microsoft xbox live bill.ms.net At first I thought it was something my son had signed up for on a yearly basis but he showed me that he DID NOT authorize such charges on the xbox. They strung me along for a few months, then stopped all communications, wouldn't return my payment and I never received the action figure. The Window AC since its installation in 2008 is giving one or the other trouble. Initially the IV blew away twice, the gas leaked twice( immediately after the guarantee period) . It does not provide sufficient cooling, the electricity consumption is too high. I came to know that 2008 lot was defective and company replaced quite q few ACs. It is distressing that despite repeated requests nothing has been done so far in my case. I am not going to get the gas filled again by paying a hefty amount.
