I question whether these guys even used primer on my house. After 1 year, I have cracked and peeling paint. About 85% of the paint on my wood railing peeled off. The scope of work included scraping/sanding any loose paint, priming and 2 coats of paint. Their contract includes a 4 year guarantee. I hired Decorative Designs who painted the exterior of my residence, including the driveway and porch and four interior rooms in March of 2009. I hired Tech-Star to reroof my house, consisting of removal of the old roof, and installing the new. Tech-star hires subcontractors to do their work. After the job was complete, I found numerous areas of poor workmanship as follows; Shingles were not lying flat adjacent to dormers due to improper trimming of shingles. Vinyl Tech installed siding on my house four years ago and insisted that their life time warranty was good for the duration of my residence. On Nov. 16, 2009 after a bad wind/rain storm some of the siding and vents were blown off, prompting a call to the fire department. I ordered a bag from this store online. The sent me a confirmation with all the information correct. When they sent a shipping recipt with tracking number it was being shipped to the wrong address! I emailed them to have the reply of sorry that is the address you provided. I called and was told there would be a $10 fee to reroute the package. I assumed this would take care of it. I own apartments, and have used A-Absolute for 3+ years to clean carpets. Two weeks ago, A-Absolute cleaned carpets for us. Last Friday, we had an appointment set-up for 2-4:00 PM, and waited from 1:30 to 4:15 and had a no-show. My son filled out over 20 applications using snagajob. After 2mths. it came to his attention that they mixed my profile and his profile up in one on his applications. It was showing not only was he born in 1992 but that he graduated the same yr. Now he is being told he can not reapply to any of the companys again for at least 90 days. At the apartments on 3351 lafayette st in denver colorado there is a family that is being evicted under false pretenses. the house is infested with multiple bugs some added from a bad repair job on the sewer pipes in the home, which the current tenant being evicted has pictures of. The tenant made numerous complaints about the situation and yet there was very little done to address it, as of the landlord/manager, that person does whatever it takes to stray away from the apartment complex. We purchased our kitchen cabinets through Menards with a company called Prestige. We were told by Menards staff Prestige sells higher quality cabinets then their other vendors. We have had nothing but disaster after disaster... We received our cabinets and found several doors and cabinets scratched, chipped and poorly put together.
