I purchased a $900.00 set of gas (propane) logs from Ener-G-Tech in mid- November. I needed the logs and a propane tank installed. I asked the salesperson (you must be waited on by a salesperson, this business is not self-service)if they install. He informed me they had a list of plumbers they recommend. They dont keep proper records of deposits (if you do give them a deposit get a receipt) Also they changed the price on us after they realized they owed us money back. Tropical Pools by Dana I would not recommend them to any person considering on having a pool built by her. I have had nothing but problems with her. My pool leaked, the spa leaked, the concrete cracked all over. The plaster in the spa had to be removed and re-plastered. Purchased a trac fon on 9-1-09 with 2 hr of minutes, walked out of the store tried to call home and it would'nt work. Took it back to the store they tried for a day to make it work. with no luck..
