Dear Sir,
I ordered a very urgent shipment from China to Germany. From China it was perfect.
But at Frankfurt DHL the shipment just got stuck with no reason, please see the tracking number 5417181744 - Detailed Report, it was just after I rang up the telephone nr. 069697172XX only then the staff reacted with in 30 minutes.
The shipment was stuck in Frankfurt from 27 August 2009 till 02 Sep. 2009 with such a bad urgent delivery time on top of it I payed US $ 1200.
The shipment cost by ship was US $ 240, about 14 day’s delivery time.

I purchased a Copam 2500 vinyl cutter from USCutter. The Copam was received without any proof of purchase. This cutter was a dog with nothing but problems. Finally USCutter offered to take the cutter back at full price if I upgraded to a more expensive cutter. I agreed. The new cutter was received without any documentation of the purchase. I asked for something from USCutter to show the purchase and they will not respond to my email. I have not received the promised credit for the cutter I returned . $795.

When we hired this photographer Michelle, she showed us great samples of her work and beautiful wedding coffee table books with high quality. The reason why we decided on her, was for the quality of the pictures and the creativity of picture taking! She wanted to be paid up front, which we paid in full $3, 500 before ever receiving our books. ONE YEAR and a half later and still no wedding coffee table books from her, prepared in Italy!! I took the small box to my UPS store and they told me the shipping should have been about $10. I called customer service at I DJ Now in New York. I was charged $49.95 from accessing a payday loan website. Once I requested a refund, they promised to mail it within 30 days. 30 days later, no refund. Finally I called back and was told within 7-10 days they could refund my money back into my account. Well 7 days later from getting that refund (amazingly), I was charged by another company GrantPro. Apparently, once you request a refund they sell your information to other companies to get your continue to charge you fraudelant charges. Even fake check numbers. This is a pain. I am sick of getting the shaft from cell phone companies because I live in the U.S. If one looks at what some companies (some of which do business here) offer in other countries, U.S. consumers are getting robbed. These guys are sleaze. They took us for 9000.00 which we are currently trying to get back from our credit card company. They insisted that we needed this in order to make a go of our web site. How could I be so gullible. The ad they sent us was a joke. The promise was to run these ads at least 20 times a month for 30 seconds. When we asked on what stations and what times, no one could ever tell us. I could lipsinc their replies after a while. We have complained to the FTC and the AG of Arizona. Please do the same. Purchased 8 gallons Duracoat Red 739M on 3-24-08. Installed on log home per specs given by P Y S. Called on 9-25-08 and returned caulking puchased for 2 more gallons of Duracoat Red 739M. Do not make any purchases with this site. They do not ship out the goods after purchasing them, and if you try and contact them, e-mails to not get responded to. Calls go straight to voicemail.
After 3 weeks, and $150 later, my goods are nowhere to be found, and I have no contact with the shop. I must now submit a complaint to Visa.
I have also been told by others that this shop has also stolen CC numbers.

It was a cold and wet day and I needed to pick up my dry cleaning from Splendid Cleaners . It was the first time I used them and I was excited that I might have found a new dry cleaner that I liked. Things quickly went downhill when 2 of the 3 shirts I had cleaned were ruined.

I bought a new 5th wheel trailer from Valley RV Center in McMinnville, OR. Unfortunately the unit was a "lemon". After numermous trips to have repairs done ie: water faucets connected wrong, most drawers falling off, water leaking from underneath while traveling, mice and flys were able to get into the unit because of poor construction. Close to 5 years ago, we were using IDT as our long distance carrier. While the rates were competitive, the service was sketchy at best. After dealing with them for about a year or so, we decided to switch to another carrier. This Hailey ID electrical contracting firm is notable in an expensive town for the way it boldly overcharges where few have gouged before. Don't waste your time - Austin, TX and surounding area
Ineptitude, no-shows, rude, do not answer phones.
Four visits to my home to fix a leaking water filter. On each occasion I was told that the problem was fixed when in fact it was not.
Three of these 4 visits were rescheduled appointments due to no-shows.
When calling to request a different, more experienced technician, I was told no and was hung up on after requesting to speak to the owner.
