I ordered goal achieving cds and books from "Jim Driscoll" at his " Goal Achievers " web site. He never delivered. I contacted him within the period to have my credit card payment stopped and he assured me that it was a simple mix up and the shipment was on its way. I went on vacation only to return with no shipment received. I contacted him again and he said he was out of the country and would take care of it personally. Beware of doing business over the internet with EliteXtremes base out of Florida. They charge you fully for the products ordered and then do not send them. You call to inquire about your order and they inform you it is on backorder. Why do you charge fully for an order you do not have in the warehouse? I saw the Media Max website months before i decided to join and intuitivly i felt suspicious about storing photos online. Turns out my intuition was right on the mark. I hired this company to clean my dryer vent as is required by my condominum association every two years. My dryer vents through the attic. When they came they never went into the attic and only cleaned behind the dryer. It was later determined by another company that there was a break in my dryer vent for some time and it was venting into my ceiling. Ice maker in side by side is not working again. Original ice maker was replaced 11 months ago by Sears Service. It only worked for a few days. Sears returned and replaced the ice maker again. The third ice maker has now stopped working. Sears does not give a warranty on the new ice maker . There is a warrantyon the service for only 90 days. So a refrigerator that is 5 years old is in need of its fourth ice maker. Not a good track record for a product that originally cost over $1000. I went to Wal-Mart on Sunday around 7PM and the store was in chaos. It was a tax free day so there were a lot of customers. They have fewer register open and each register has about 10 customers in line. The front of the store was all block by customers in shopping carts and waiting to check out. I am comcast customer for a while for cable as well as internet. 2 weeks before while their technician was working on my neighbor they cut the cable to my house and it took a week for them to come back and fix it even after numerous calls to customer service and 2 supervisors.
