The landline No. 0120-2605596 was installed at my place and the phone was dead within an hour...Inspite of repeated complaints, no service personnel turned up. However, after lying dead for almost a month, on last Saturday, i.e. 21st August, 2009, Telephone worked for around half an hour more and fell dead once again. I went and booked a complaint again, but in vain. I think the BSNL should remove its exchange from Indirapuram and stop luring the innocent landline seekers and make way for other telecommunication service providers. I bought new mobile nokia 5800 Xpress music on 15th August 2009 (IMEI number: 356910030187686 ). If anyone reads this, go to www.ftc.gov and file a complaint.The more complaints the Federal Trade Commission gets, the more attention it will get, hopefully. Did you report this to your state's department of insurance? To make your policy stick, they have to have a licensed insurance agent sign off on it. I just looked this company up because I just attended a paid training from Americall Group. I didn't stay due to I don't like the moral of this. They are the telemarketers that sell for Aegon. They get their customer lists from J.C. Penney. If you have a credit card with J.C. Penney, you are in a contract with them. There is no way to contact Blue Mountain if you've paid for a subscription but you can't access the service even after repeatedly entering your email address and your ID. This is infuriating. The HELP section is no help at all. What are you supposed to do if you can't access the service. There is no phone number, no email address, NOTHING. This company is a big scam. This company charged my account and never sent the items I ordered. I called, emailed and even filed a BBB complaint at first to get my items delivered then to have amy credit card refunded. We placed an order via the website as per the on-screen instructions. It stated we would pay an additional $5.00 shipping and handling for international orders. The goods will be sent via USPS (an excellent service we're familiar with). Mclintock did some work on my hvac unit in the fall and spring. They glued some pipes together at my inside hvac unit. While my wife was cleaning out the bedroom closet, she noticed that the carpet was soaking wet. When we pulled it back it was drenched, ruined. I could not figure out where the water was coming from. It is my belief they took note of the fact that i was an international customer (therefore unlikely to return it) and decided to unload one of their damaged products on me. On December 2, 2007 I ordered a consignment of 64 Gillette razor blade cartridges from OnlyGillette. A shipment from the firm finally arrived at the end of March. At that time, I was away on business. When I got home in June, just two out of 64 cartridges were waiting. But I have still been charged 150 USD. On June 18th, I received an email from this company showing my invoice and stating that another email would be sent to me when shipment was made. I just bought a brand new case of Acuvue Oasis contacts, on the first day I was experiencing eye irritation, very minor. I properly removed the contact from my right eye and experienced an excrushiating pain, when to the hospital to find out that the severe pain was from a corneal ulcer in the middle-left of my cornea, after days of severe pain, the doctors have considered me thier main case and informed me that once i heal i will have a permanent scare on my cornea and will require laser surgury. On Friday, I went into the store to buy a cell phone to have a Pay As You Go service. They offered me a package that included the phone & a free $50 card of minutes. She told me the phone takes 10 minutes for them to activate it for me, but they would deduct $15 of the $50 free minutes to do this for me. She handed me the phone after 10 minutes and told me it takes about 2 hours for the phone to work. I paid them $78.39, and I left the store. I had a bad experience when I called them to buy a Olympus E-510. The price for the package with 2 lenses was $469.00 w/free shipping and no tax. Sounded like a great deal - so I tried to buy it over the website - the order would not go through until you spoke to someone on the phone - this guy tried to sell me a battery as well as the charger and for a lot more than the market price. Additionally the instruction booklet is not in English - you will have to fork out extra $$$ to get that - at this point I cancelled the purchase thinking that the camera was probably fake or something else. read full review »

Even though I cancelled with Dazzelwhite and returned the product within the proper time, I started receiving the small charges to my bank account from Healthmember and OnV/Insidertips. We hold a landline (no 30684423) and broadband of Relaince communications. The incoming and outgoing calls as well as internet is unavailable from 19th August 2009. As per reliance communication our bill for july 2009 was pending. But we had already paid the bill. After clearing this issue with customer care now they are saying our credit limit was exceeded. And RCL disconnected our phone without any prior information from 19th August 2009. If RCL is having any issues regarding billing or so, they should communicate with us. I have been phoning your Mumbai (India) phone numbers (28352882/87) from Mumbai for the last 45 minutes and 80% of the time no one picks up. The other 20% you find that the phone is busy and there is a recorded message from the telephone company "to try later" Similarly the toll free number at Noida (India) 1800-180-9999 when dialled, you get a recorded message to dial 1/2/3/4 for different languages, but it keeps giving the same message even after the number is pressed and finally gets cut.
