I have taken a Reliance Card internet service and they promise 3.1MBPS. But it is not true. Very rarely we get the download speed up to 200KBPS otherwise it is just 50 to 60 or 70KBPS only. II love your liquid laundry detergent...all flavors...but, can you please do something about the measuring caps on the bottles? Dark blue liquid in a dark blue cap makes it very difficult to see any measuring lines...same with the green. Why not clear, or white caps, with black measuring lines. Bought 3 CIS systems, stopped working after two weeks of usage ( i had not started using them until the second month after the purchase). The chips got burnt, and asked for replacement chips. I recently purchased the Five Shelf BookCase. After opening, organizing and inspecting the parts I noticed that both side panels had cracks in them. I am saddened to see that yet another client is going through the same awful experience we had with Justin Schuck Photography . We hired Justin to shoot our wedding in May of 2008, and though he was very professional before and during the wedding, it was a nightmare trying to get him to send us any of our treasured photos in the following months. With a safari subscription you pay about $50 a month. Great you get 5 tokens to use a month which 'purchases' you downloads. However if you don't use those tokens in 90days you lose them. We have had nothing but appalling service from this business. We bought several toner cartridges from them for an HP 4650 LaserJet, and every single cartridge has been defective. The toner leaks and cause streaking on the majority of our printouts. The toner leaks so badly it has gotten into the printer itself, making toner show up everywhere - even in our paper tray. Falsely billed for charges on closing the account rather than renewing it. Turned over to NCO Financial 2 months after closing the account and believing that all fees had been cancelled when I cancelled the account.
