We purchased a Chattam & Wells Eastern King mattress in Feb 2007 which had a 10 year warranty. It sagged badly by Sept 2008. Beware of Signature Vacations selling holidays and then making changes to the package with no form of compensation or recourse! We were notified of a flight change a week before travel. Flight times changed from 7:30 am to 7:30 pm! coming back, arrival went from 3:30 pm to 2 am the next day! I answered my phone today and listened to a recording from "my" bank. The prerecorded message said it was calling from my bank (Sovereign) and that it needed to re-verify my personal information because they lost my info. I was supposed to enter in my social security number (!!!), my birth date, and say my mother's maiden name after the beep. Failed my smog test to get me to pay them to "search for the problem". He was going to make me pay for 2 smog tests and several attempts to fix my car so it would smog. Last year He charged me 700.00 to fix a heating problem but never did. Now he got $55.95 for a rigged smog test. I saw him type unvalid statements on my printout. Took my car to another place and passed my smog test with no problems. Because of this guy I spent $80.00 on my machanic to test my car to find the problems that did not exist. I purchased a bag at kennethcole.com on Feb 1, and returned it back through USPS on Feb 12 because of the wrong size. After 2 weeks, I contacted the customer service if my returning is in right process as I haven't received any feedback. They answered they can not assist me and refund the amount I paid for that bag just because my returning is not a traceable method. We ordered a used Crown RC30 forklift which Scott said had 1614 hours on the hour meter. I then called to get the forklift serial number, and the Crown dealer said the lift has 9603 hours on it a week before when it was in for service. Somehow, the hour meter changed from 9603 to 1614 hours in a week. I called Scott and tried to cancel the order, but they would not refund my $500.00 deposit, and denied the hour meter fraud. We used them for our last move. The lies started with their salesman that came to our home. And the lies did not stop there. DO NOT SIGN anything with these people before checking out all the fine print and asking what their terminology means. What is (to you) just an estimated quote - to them becomes a binding contract. And if the sales person tells you you are only responsible for the weight section unless they pack you---this is NOT TRUE. They have lied to us through the whole process. Invicta does a massive amount of business on ShopNBC. I am a new comer to the watch scene and purchased two Invicta watches during the television shows. After less than three months wear on both watches, one fails to keep time and looses hours a day, while the other one is defective due to a very large piece of glue or adhesive that has broken off the watch dial. I took my car to Purrfect Auto to get a diagnosis of my engine to check the compression because it lost power and has rough idle. I tried changing the spark plugs, but could not remove because they were too tight. They told me in order to complete the diagnosis, they would need to remove the valve cover and would cost another $150. I said to do it.
