Can't say that I'm too impressed by this company. I placed an order for Kodak Picture Paper on-line. I received the automatic notice about processing my order. The next thing I know, I received an email from "Sam", subject "stock" stating my order is cancelled because it is out of stock. I appreciated the notice, but thought it was highly unprofessional the way it was sent. Purchased a htpc style computer case, case was defective, digital connection refused to refund my money. In addition the case i purchased has a design flaw where the 3.5" drive cage can come into contact with the video card, and it fried my $405 video card. Digital connection was aware of this cases propensity to ruin video cards, however they never warned their customers about this. Digital connections was very uncooperative, refusing to authorize a return for the case or help me deal with the manufacturer about the ruined video card. One of the worst shopping experiences I've ever had. The only thing I can equate it to is a bad mechanic. Where you feel helpless, and its your word vs. theirs. Their customer service is pitiful and I can see how this has probably become a bit of a scam for them. You order something, they send you the wrong thing. The worst experience I’ve ever had! I ordered the item with 7 days money back guarantee to be able to try it first and leave it if I like it or send it back to the seller. Needed a present for my girl so placed an order for Horse Life DS game. It was "In Stock". Got a confirmation email stating it's "In Stock". Waited a few days for the shipment notification and then checked the account. Oops, now the status was "Back ordered". Curiously, the product webpage still showed it in stock. I ordered the GD01MX case by Silverstone. I searched quite a bit and DeadEye had the best price on it. I delt directly with the owner, who provided excellent customer service. She was helpful and very quick to answer questions. DeadEye was also very quick to get the product to my door. I purchaes a lot of stuff from this company. The quality of the parts have been good and their prices are the best I've seen. My only complaint I've had is that I had to reutrn a defective CDROM drive and was forced to pay the return shipping cost as well as the shipping cost for the replacement part.
