Order product on November 18. Payment deducted from my account November 20 with assurance cigarettes would be delivered in 3-5 days. It's now December 5th and still no delivery, phone call or e-mail. Phone and e-mail never answer or respond. There was no problem in the past, Problem began this fall. Recemmend we all contact both States Attorney in New Mexico and U.S. Attorney's office. Further, contact Profinium Financial regarding Keystone deductions. This operation appears to be indulging in out and out fraud. My final suggestion is we all contact CBS and ask that "60 minutes" delve into this fraud. read full review »

I paid Eric Reben $1, 200 for 20 pre set appointments back in September and I have received nothing from him in return. I gave him 45 days to deliver and so far it is close to 90 days and he has done nothing. He claims to have a big operation but I have only ever spoke to him. I have asked him several times for my money back as part of our agreement when I signed up that I have in writting but he is still giving me sad stories about how he cannot do his job in my area. read full review »

Dominic at Technology 21 claims that you can make over $1200 per week by using his software. I have been using his software for several years and have never ever been able to make any money from the software. Dominic claims to offer unlimitied support and training to which I need to beg to get any. His idea of training and support is to answer several of my emails after a week and then we agree for him to call me to look at the software for 5 minutes. He says keep doing that and never follows up.

In fairness to the company, I have their router box, and my phone works. If everthing was just as all the original agreements we made, this deal would be STELLAR. There is some echo no matter what you do, and I often hear myself back on it. I can accept that. BEWARE if you are into online gaming. My great uncle passed away, we contact Bloomex for the funeral arrangements. The girl on the phone was really helpful, she took the time to go through the arrangements, we wanted yellow roses instead of red for the Unequivoval love spray. She custom made the spray we wanted with our specs. It was delivered 2 hours before the service (we ordered it at noon, it arrived at 2pm). As a customer from the UK I found the ordering and transaction really easy. I was kept up to date with the orders progress and was informed when the flowers had been delivered. I particularly liked the fact that I could talk to someone online when I had a query. We noticed an amount of 49.90 taken out of our account from BWP Mags...called the bank and they gave us this number. Called the number and was informed that we had authorized this account over the phone. We told them that we had not so they gave us another number. The second person was quite rude and informed us that they had confirmed our account over the phone and that we could not cancel the subscription. They had wrong address, as soon as order went through I noticed they had my old address. So I was given the opportunity to put in that change with the order, so I emailed them giving my new address telling them I had moved. I love to buy clothes from NY and Company. I love to shop online almost as much. My complaint stems from their offers of discounts for purchasing a certain amount, etc. This is the 2nd time the website didn't accept the special code I was asked for and emails and calls to the company have proved fruitless. You must call one number concerning the credit card, you must call another concerning the order. I have shopped at ridegear.com several times over the last couple years but my most recent purchase was never shipped to me. I spent $67.46 on a jacket and my credit card was immediately charged but the jacket was never shipped. No e-mail saying it was shipped was ever sent. I contacted their customer service over 40 times in the last 10 months with only 3 responses. They absolutely never answer the phone, it just says to wait and after about 10 minutes instructs you to leave a message but doesn't let you before it hangs up.

We called to arrange delivery/pickup and they were rude to us and told us to call back in a month. I am very disappointed with the billing department at Shideler Dermitology. When I first went to this dermitology office in 2007, I never had any problems with the billing department. I think this office outsourced their billing service to some other group, because we have to call a 1-866 number for billing concerns. I would like to advise the public not to use the services of Tender Dental and Tender Oral Surgery. I had oral surgery and did not receive adequate pain management, and when I had problems they would not let me come in to see the doctor. Spent 2 hours on the phone with people from India over 3 days. During the first call, they told me they would not help because I bought the product at Costco. I purchased .75 inch circle labels from sheet-labels.com. The labels were completely cut wrong on the sheet, they were not set up correctly and the columns were off, the margins were off. They are crooked from top to bottom which made it impossible to print. They also advertised lay flat guess what NOT LAY FLAT. I contacted the company and NO RESPONSE. I am really disgusted, I print thousands of sheets of labels and this company has the worst product I have ever encountered. After owning the GE model GXSV65F Water Filtration System for a couple years, I attempted to fix the dripping faucet. As with most anything, I don't have a problem understanding that things wear out over time and are in need of replacement parts. What I DO have a problem with though, is when the manufacturer (GE in this case) tells me that there are NO such replacement parts for that unit, and the only thing I can do to remedy the problem is to purchase a whole new faucet to the tune of $58.00. Seeking a tourist visa I had yet another racist and repelling encounter at the from the German Consulate in Los Angeles.
The tone of the workers at the consulate was harsh and condescending. The entire time they were talking down to me in person as well as on the phone. It was clear that not only me but others who looked like Middle Eastern experienced the same thing.
I was able to hear how the others were treated when it was their turn to go to the window.

The Nextel/Motorola i580 is complete junk. Sprint/Nextel markets this phone as "Rugged Construction/ Military 810F Spec" and "Rain-Resistant." Nothing could be further from the truth.
I have gone through 5 i580 phones, each replaced with a $50.00 fee, one of them for free. Here is how each phone met its demise:
