M&T I would say illegally manipulates the time and when your transactions are processed to maximize the amount of fee's they get out of you. They have done this over and over to me. Repairtechinc.com refuses to honor a 3 year extended warantee purchased. I've gotten either no response, or "we'll get back to you tomorrow" response since early part of November. It seems to me that this company has no intention of ever honoring their product. 3 months ago I ordered a replacement lamp for my projector. I was told I would have it in 2 to 3 weeks, finally after a month it was shipped. When I tried to install the lamp, I found that they had shipped the wrong product. I sent it back to them using UPS, I had UPS email them the tracking number, and after 2 and a half weeks, I did not hear anything. When I emailed them they stated they needed a tracking number.
