I don't know where to start. In 2005, our dear Spot chihuahua had an ACL surgery on her left hind leg which we paid $1500, then an additional $200 for "rechecks." Spot's limp never went away and soon enough, she stopped walking and began to whine from pain. We spent $80 on Tramadol which the doctor prescribed. Spot began spacing out and vomiting. I new something was wrong with this medicine and went back to VCA. They said to come back when she is off the medication and so I did. Not only was the timex heart monitor user unfriendly it was a piece of crap. I called the Company the next day and reordered a Polar which was $40 more than the Timex yet the company charges freight $10 and a 15% restocking fee on all returns. To boot you have to pay shipping to send it back. Basically, at this point you have spent almost half of the original price of something you don't even have. When I complained to them when I saw the credit on my credit card and got no where with them.Guess I learned a lesson, read the fine print or get ripped off! Mr. Russell Scot. What a crook. I am surprised the state of Illinois has not shut down his business. All I can say about him is get everything in writing and read every line of his biased contracts. He promised me one thing (a certain size and type Gazebo ) I found out before delivery that the manufacturer does not make the size I contracted to purchase. Charges appeared on my AT&T Bill, apparently Your Product BIll INC charged me $8.64 for some kind of vmail monthly in which i never authorize or used. i called them and had i cancelled and told them i never authorized such a thing. the rep. was not very helpful, i told them i refused to pay any charges associated with this scamming company. read full review »

I signed up for Norton on Sept 4, 2008. The cost was $69.99. We could not get it to download so I went with another antivirus and requested that I not be charged for something that I did not get. I have it on my Visa card and do not want to pay for product not rendered. I am calling Visa and telling them that I am taking $69.99 off my bill. This company is all smoke and mirrors. They tell you they will put you up in the "top" of Google & Yahoo for the "best" search terms and that you are going to get all this trafic to your site. Then, they put you up on these ridiculous terms that no one searches on and place you half way down the page. Half of these reviews don't even make sense, i have leafguard and its not something that you order and that comes in... it is made at your house they have a truck that has a machine on it that makes the gutters the same length as your house... also they are made out of aluminum if you try to lift the top up it doesn't break if anything it would bend. I had a man stating that he was raising money to go to acting school. I wrote a check to National Cash awards for a magazine for 2 years which cost me $50.00 he said that he would even walk my dog or mow my lawn. The check was cashed and 6 months later nothing came. I have purchased a Thermasol Steambath. It is a Steam generator designed specifically for acrylic and tile steam rooms. Thermasol tells you that it must be installed in a "steam rated" steamroom which mine was. I actually ordered a Maax brand steam room after speaking with a Thermasol representative because Maax at the time was purchasing Thermosol's steam generators for their acrylic steam room systems. Even though new frames and lenses had not been ordered by the store, and I canceled the request the next business morning I was told that they never refund money; it was theirs to keep (per manager). Though countless messages were left for the franchise owner, and a faxed letter was sent politely requesting my money not be held hostage, no one has replied. I became disabled 18 months ago and have since been trying to lower my alimony since my pay was cut in half. I hired Vee and CertaPro after she sold me on their high quality customer service satisfaction and a thoroughly written, carefully worded contract. She failed to follow any steps in the contract, wouldn't powerwash, prime, etc. They painted over dirt and peeling paint. Then, after I complained, she pulled the painter off the job for two weeks. DO NOT USE C. Johnson Paving from Lincoln, R.I. After 2 years my driveway started to crack and sink. They say they will come out to look at it then never show up. After six weeks of this they will not return calls. They would not respond to District Attorney calls. We tried to go to mediation but they did not respond. They are nothing but crooks that do not give you what you pay for. They do the job skimping on materials, not properly preparing the ground, take your money then disappear. The owner, Mitch McGraw, makes lots of promises but some will be unkept. His fish processer did a terrible job of getting our fish packaging done properly. He shorted us some of our catch which Mitch said he would correct but never did despite several promises to do so. The vaccuum seals on about 1/3 of the halibut filets didn't hold. DON'T BUY VINOTEMP WINE REFRIGERATORS AND DON'T BUY FROM BEVERAGEFACTORY.COM. I bought a Vinotemp from Beveragefactory.com and the LED went out within the first 90 days. They did replace the unit. I have Brinks Security. When I purchased their plan I also purchased the insurance to cover problems with the system. I recently went through Hurricane Ike. when I finally regained power, I noticed the alarm was not working. I called Brinks only to be told that the insurance I have been paying for every month for 3 years doesn't cover disaster and that I would have to pay $20 for every 15 minutes the technician was at my house. I recently bought a PSU from NewEgg, which carried the brand name of Rosewill, a company that is owned by NewEgg. They have been in business now a little over 5 years and claim to be the manufacturer of the products they sell. I made reservations to stay at the Victorian Charm Inn about a month in advance. I received a confirmation number and my credit card details were taken to hold the reservation. www.justbicycles.com shipped me the wrong bike, refused to provide me any form of receipt for my purchase. If I return a $154.95 bicycle, it will cost me $40 to have had them ship me the wrong bike, $40 cost for me to ship it back, and then a 20% "restocking fee". So I would have been out of pocket $110.99 for a bicycle I did not order. Numerous emails and voicemails have gone unanswered. By far, the worst customer service experience I have ever had online.
