I contracted with this company to have my car shipped from NY to Chicago and was told it would probably take several days but no more than a week. After a week and no calls, I contacted them and they put me in touch with "the carrier". Tricked me into a free sample - I gave them my credit card to charge me $3.95 for shipping. Received the product (full size and the sample meant using it for 30 days and it wasn't just one product, it was two. I have a Sony Vaio computer that had a power problem consistent with a recall they published online. After speaking with numerous Sony reps and going through their troubleshooting steps, we confirmed the failure and could not fix it. We also confirmed that it fell within their recall. Despite having told Circle Glass to please hold it because I couldn't pick up very soon, they DISCARDED my glass tabletop without speaking to me(or, as I suspect, sold it-like the smaller tabletop just like it there for $200). Also, the provider should also reported - how can they let an external billing charge be included in their bill unless they have are in collusion with these company?
