Centon sent me a package and gave me a tracking number, for a Fedex ground delivery.It was nice cause i could track it from California to IL. The reaon for my complaint today is not actually with the above company. My complaints main purpose is to show readers of this so called made by the people for the people site, that anyone with a computer, 2 fingers, and a grudge against someone can write anything they wish. While I agree that there needs to be a site to protect "us" the consumer from getting scammed, I am also a business owner too. I trusted CVS photo center with my most precious memories that I will never get back and I will NEVER do it again. Yes, I very PISSED OFF. I visited a CVS photo center, downloaded pictures from my digital camera onto CVS photo machine to get prints of my son’s graduation from high school pictures, college basketball scholarship signing pictures and his senior prom pictures. I had to use my credit card to activate a 3-month gift card for this company. They listed numerous books as "available" which would be shipped in days, however one of the books I selected wasn't available. They wouldn't send the two others that were. My gift card was being charged even though I had nothing for my money. I think they list lots of books they really don't have and wait for someone to order them. Also their service is very expensive--$19.99 a month for a three-book-at-a-time membership. read full review »

I ordered from this retailer's website three weeks ago and have not received my entire order. They have not communicated that there would be a delay and they rarely answer their phones. When I have been fortunate enough to reach them they appear disorganized and do not follow up with the reason for the delays or with a data that I should expect to receive my purchase. I purchased an online phone report from Intelius on 6/20/08 for a price of $4.96. When I received my receipt online, I was charged a total of $9.90. When I called Intelius customer service, I was told 3 times that the extra charge was an error of their online program. In my case I actually tried to contact GISOL in the 11th month (before the domain name expired), because I could not find any way to renew online (even from my control panel). I attended a 'Passion Party' in April 2005, which was hosted by an independent consultant. I paid for the items in cash because the consultant did not accept credit cards. The items were supposed to be delivered in 1 to 2 weeks. After a month and a half went by with no items, I contacted the consultant and found out that her son had 'eaten' the order forms. I am registering this complaint under frustration on the services available from BSNL telecommunications. I have applied for a broadband connection at my nearest service provider(vaniyamkulam BSNL exchange) For a broad band connection for about six or more months. I haven't yet received a connection. Its a pity that the largest service provider cant look forward for a connection so seriously. I applied for AT-T U-verse service twice in a 2 month period. Despite a good-very good credit rating from all 3 credit bureau's, having a mortgage, credit cards, and a cell phone through AT&T for years, I was denied on the grounds of my credit worthiness. On July 28, 2008, ID Secure a/k/a TLG Identity Security removed $11.99 from my checking/debit account without my knowledge or authorization. Whatever happened to the customer is always right. No matter what you say, they say that you did. My situation goes back to one of my receivers going bad and having to order another one. Since I wanted to upgrade to a HD-DVR of course I needed to be charged $237.01...then, when I get the bill it states that the equipment was sent for FREE. Art Adams service person stated there was a leak in the evaporator coil based only on the frosted coil. It must be replaced, $757 total. The unit was still working, but not fully cooling any longer even at ther highest setting. My experience is that this is a sign of low freon charge level. I am an engineer and have successfully repaired and recharged whole house and automotive units in the past. Over a year ago I made an agreement with a company called EAS (Expungement Assistance Services) to have an arrest from when I was 19 years old, expunged from my record. I purchased my 2008 Hayabusa from the Pete's Cycle in Severna Park. What a mistake ! Their service department is horrible twice they have refused to fix warranty issues that I had to fix myself. I got a safety recall from Suzuki for the ignition wire. They told me I had to drop the bike for 48hr for a 5 minute inspection and then if it needs to be fixed another 3-5 days. We have lived in canal place apartments for 6 months, in that time there have been many security issues. Police Raids on apartments, break ins, and various other security issues. The management team never answers their phone, and is unable to be contacted. The pool and gym and other amenities are have been closed most the summer.
