I had to use my credit card to activate a 3-month gift card for this company. They listed numerous books as "available" which would be shipped in days, however one of the books I selected wasn't available. They wouldn't send the two others that were. My gift card was being charged even though I had nothing for my money. I think they list lots of books they really don't have and wait for someone to order them. I ordered from this retailer's website three weeks ago and have not received my entire order. They have not communicated that there would be a delay and they rarely answer their phones. I purchased an online phone report from Intelius on 6/20/08 for a price of $4.96. When I received my receipt online, I was charged a total of $9.90. When I called Intelius customer service, I was told 3 times that the extra charge was an error of their online program. I attended a 'Passion Party' in April 2005, which was hosted by an independent consultant. I paid for the items in cash because the consultant did not accept credit cards. I am registering this complaint under frustration on the services available from BSNL telecommunications. I have applied for a broadband connection at my nearest service provider(vaniyamkulam BSNL exchange) For a broad band connection for about six or more months. I haven't yet received a connection. Its a pity that the largest service provider cant look forward for a connection so seriously. I applied for AT-T U-verse service twice in a 2 month period. Despite a good-very good credit rating from all 3 credit bureau's, having a mortgage, credit cards, and a cell phone through AT&T for years, I was denied on the grounds of my credit worthiness. Whatever happened to the customer is always right. No matter what you say, they say that you did. My situation goes back to one of my receivers going bad and having to order another one. Art Adams service person stated there was a leak in the evaporator coil based only on the frosted coil. It must be replaced, $757 total. The unit was still working, but not fully cooling any longer even at ther highest setting. My experience is that this is a sign of low freon charge level. I am an engineer and have successfully repaired and recharged whole house and automotive units in the past. Over a year ago I made an agreement with a company called EAS (Expungement Assistance Services) to have an arrest from when I was 19 years old, expunged from my record. EAS charged my $500 up front to start the process. I paid extra to get the process completed more quickly. I was told that the Rapid process would take a few months. I purchased my 2008 Hayabusa from the Pete's Cycle in Severna Park. What a mistake ! Their service department is horrible twice they have refused to fix warranty issues that I had to fix myself. I got a safety recall from Suzuki for the ignition wire. They told me I had to drop the bike for 48hr for a 5 minute inspection and then if it needs to be fixed another 3-5 days. Total Vac will not allow me to return this component because I tested it on a small area rug. It does not clean anywhere close to the original component. Their return policy is outrageous. We purchased a Little Tikes Bouncer for Christmas 2007. The Bouncer did not inflate correctly, so we contacted Little Tikes (as directed on the package, we were not to contact the reseller). We have lived in canal place apartments for 6 months, in that time there have been many security issues. Police Raids on apartments, break ins, and various other security issues. They offered good conditions and possibilities to earn money.To complete registration I had to send sms to the certain number to get a digital key.
