Sells cars with fake warranty documents and won't honor any claims even though the repairs were approved by them. the phone number on the warranty card is bogus and the warranty is a fake self funded GUARANTEE scheme, saving them from any service costs under the warranties conditions. I have opened a new Cash ISA account, the account has been opened wrongly for which I am following for last 3 months, but still no reply or confirmation from the Bank. Every time i receive a letter that we will come back not later than a date, but there is another letter on said with a new date. Secondly, I deposited a cheque for 3600/- which gets credited after 1.5 months in my account. For which again no response from Barclays bank. You are guaranteed NOT to get an answer from Lufthansa Airlines for ANY of your problems. The "contact" address in Liverpool UK for Customer Services does NOT exist ! You will be asked to produce inumerate amounts of paperwork that you dont have, to prove your claim if and when they contact you 5 months later ! It was said that by contracting certain mobile phone deal under 12 month contract, customer would be given cash back by 6th, 9th and final month. the one I got with a sum amont of arround 300 pounds cash back. Went in to price a battery for my old Kodak 3700 and ended up being talked into buying a panasonic dmc-lz6 for $300 plus tax which made $315( still have receipt). There was a sticker price of $438and the guy said he would give me a hundred dollars off for my old camera and make it $300 flat . I bought an Acer C530 PDA in January. The unit never worked as it kept losing power. I returned under warranty and all Acer did was replace the battery, which did not solve the problem. I purchased 32 Qualcast lawn rake tines, Order No. OH3892316, for which they advertised and invoiced quantities of 8 in a packet.
