On June 15, I requested repair services from William Henderson Plumbing for my Carrier Heat Pump. The unit was not functioning, no air conditioning. CHASE has been charging fees to my dead mother's account. Even after being handed a copy of her death certificate, the bank's position is that it has the right to freeze the account so that only other's won't have access to the funds. In the meantime, because the account isn't being used, CHASE will gladly charge it fees.
