On May2, 2011 I called AT&T to cancel my mother's long distance. She is deceased but I still need the phone as I clean out her apt in NJ. I ordered a chip from them on 6/6/2011, I got a email next day saying they charge would come from Neoconsole (it came from Icombuy) all of the email addresses they offer get bounced back the live support is not there. I purchased an Intex above ground pool on 5/17/11 at Wal-mart along with the 2 year warranty. I now have grass growing in my pool although I followed Intex's owner's manual and cleared the ground of all grass. Intex's customer service said "grass growing into your pool is a natural thing". On 12/31/2010, a salesman from Empire Today came to our residence to bring samples of carpet and vinyl floor coverings. The salesman showed up, gave us his pitch for carpeting, and we signed a contract to have new carpet installed with a "Great 15 Year Warranty". I ordered a body kit from this company and was astounded at the poor quality of the parts. It was a fiberglass kit and there were cracks and pits all over, no holes drilled out and would have needed about 8 hours of repair just to get it into reasonable condition. Don't purchase phone insurance with AT&T which is covered by Asurion unless you enjoy frustration!!! We complained 4 times about our washing machine to customer services. The machine never cleaned the clothes properly. It did not take soil off the clothing. It maid the clothing smell like mildew. If we used bleach on a load of whites, it would leave bleach blotches on the next load of laundry. The technicians sent to fix the machine replaced two parts.
