I found on my credit card statement that the amount that was charged was more than what we spent and I have the receipt to prove it. When I called and talked to the manager, she first asked me if I had my receipt. When I told her I had it in my hand, she then said I had put the extra money on the bill as a tip. Our condo association called out Roto Rooter to snake out a clogged kitchen pipe. They came and did the job, however, we discovered weeks later that the equipment that they used had created two large holes in one of the kitchen pipes. We booked a room in Vernal, UT (the Landmark Inn - an excellent hotel/motel) several weeks before our trip. Our credit card was charged 131.98 including tax for one night. I am extremely upset with Sears Customer Care Department. I have had appointments to have my ice maker repaired now 6 times since September 4, 2009. There have been various "fixes" applied but nothing completely resolves the issue. This is the worst allied health school around. The management is poor and the admissions department lets criminals and low lives enter the school. About 50% of the students have no possible way to gain employment in the medical field because they are ignorant. There are dopeheads, and low poverty students.
