These specific details are not discussed on the web site. A couple months ago I purchased Lips for the my Xbox 360. If you don't know, Lips is a karaoke game in which you and your friends sing along to lyrics on the screen. The box and advertisements for the game state 1-6 players can play the game at a time. As a singing game, I was led to believe that meant 6 could sing. You can even purchase additional microphones. Husband was hit by a USAA insured driver this morning. Claims department couldn't be more UNHELPFUL-- wanted us to go through our insurance & pay our deductible when their client was issued a citation for improper left turn. Would not send a tow truck to tow his inoperable car (he had just dropped me off at work-- so I was also car-less). This was the worst company I have ever worked for. The upper management were all men. Three in particular. The CEO, Roy Snell, would go into spasms and yell and scream at whoever was in his line of fire for what seemed no reason. I brought my truck into the shop in June because the motor in my window was out and my window would not go back up. For $400 they supposedly fixed the problem. 2 months later, my window would not roll up again after rolling it down. The product was suppose to be free for 30 days. It comes with a 10 day trial period FROM THE TIME YOU ORDER the product. This means that if you receive the product 9 days later you have 1 day to try and see if you like the product. This company started with a great sale rep that promised me to stay with me the whole time when I moved my house from North Carolina to Texas with a smooth transition. They gave me a lowest rate for moving (you'll understand how they tricked me into it) after I shopped around. My husband gave a payment of $131.25 on June 17, 2010 over the phone. This payment has not been posted as of today August 9, 2010. We have talked to numerous incompetent people that keep telling us the same story over and over again to fax over proof that we paid the bill.
