Their trickle charger, a very important after market accessory commonly used on motorcycles, was shipped missing the wires that actually make it work. The wire half on the panel is there, but the wire half that attaches to the battery is not in the package. If you are planning on finding a company to manufacture your product line, don't even think about using KingRay H.K. INT, CO, LTD from China. I read another review where someone said the same thing. They are less than ethical, to say the least. We tried to order a product line from them and were continually put off and told that the order would eventually be ready, and not to worry. I bought a JVC GR-HD1 camcorder about one and a half years ago. A week ago my swivel wheel that turns on and off the camera popped right off when I went to use it. This is a $2000 product that should not have faulty parts that break and completely disable the product. Later I noticed other customer complaints about this same part. I emailed JVC about this issue a week ago along with my serial number and receipt, but they have not responded. All I want is my camera fixed so I can continue filming. I purchased a laptop computer from Best Buy at Christmas, I have had trouble every since I Purchased it, I had trouble with it two weeks after buying it and was told to contact the repair services. Then two days ago I went to open it up and get on it and my screen was a complete blur, so again I contacted the the repair service and they told me to send it in. That they could fix it, But also I had to pay the shipping and handling and the cost to fix it was going to be over $199.00. My little sister recently purchased 40 wedding invitations. When she picked up the invitations they appeared differently than the one she brought for them to copy off of. (Keep in mind no one made her aware of this, because, "It should be common sense.") So instead of offering to do them over, no refund involved, they told her they would do them over for half off. I recieved a female Persian cat in a trade deal from Renee Livingston. At the time of the trade I stated The cat I recieved would be pure Persian(not CPC) and it would be PKD neg. I found out it was a CPC and Renee lied and said she didn't know. Now I have found out that it is PKD positive. Either the copies of the DNA test that I received were falsified or the cat was not out of the sire and dam stated on her papers. Beware: when signing up for their five day free trial, it is unclear that you will be charged $34.95 if you do not cancel in the five days. I was totally surprised to find a charge I did not recognize on my account and refund is not an option upon cancelling. I had to sign up for this service in order to use tvshack.net. Refused to let us contact staff to resolve issues. Refused to let us contact staff to arrange pickup point and time. Left trash in the refrigerator, cupboards and sink. I purchased this printer and have had nothing but problems almost from the beginning which was January 2009. I have deleted the whole program from my computer and then put it all back. The "clip" was very nice but was short lived. I try to scan a 8.5 x 11.5 sheet and it will not scan the top 1". The HP Photosmart has multiple problems. I would never purchase anything with the HP logo again. I had a plotter which did work good for years so I will say that worked nicely. read full review »

I got a samsung i8910 from mtn the glen two weeks ago and on the disk it says it supoosed to connect on windows vista. This phone connects to Windows 7 but does not connect to Vista. My wife was booking flight arragements for me on Hotwire.com to fly to Las Vegas on business. She found a good price, so she booked the flight. Unaware to her the flight was due in Las Vegas at 11:40 PM local time. Hotwire did not notify her of the arrival time until after the flight was booked. I purchased the Montel Healthmaster with the 7 year extended warranty about a year ago. A week after I got it the lid broke. Naturally it was the only part of the lid that stopped the entire unit from working. I was passenger on this bus on June 14th thru 19th, 2010. The trip was from Kansas City, Missouri to Dallas and Forth Worth Texas. The bus had many, many problems. I see all the Kaplan complaints, hopefully an attorney will see them as well and initiate a class action suit. I attended this "school' for about 30 days. I did an exit interview which they did not submit even though I called direct loan myself, they now sent me an app for an exit interview. I returned the books unused and never began any of these classes I know it is standard practice for them, but not for me. We used to love your Clover Valley Red Licorice. It sold for $1.00 and was about 12 ounces if I remember correctly. In the last few years, we have not been able to find it in any store in Michigan, Kentucky, Tennessee, Alabama, or Georgia. We did find a small 7 oz. bag of Cherry Twists that are only about 2 inches long. We were wondering why the real full size licorice was discontinued and if you will ever bring it back.
