My situation was resolved rather easily but I wanted to let others know what had happened. My electric and gas is combined on one account with Alliant Energy and the bill was due on March 25th. on two separate occaissions this company is getting away with thief. #1. in 1998 I purchased a new setting for my 96.8 carat with two small black flaws in it diamond. I went in on March 5th to get my hair cut and highlights. I had a picture of MY hair done as I like it and asked the girl to just trim it the way it was. My wife signed with Delray CC after being told our payment would be $1250 a month (roughly what we were paying at the time). After our initial deposit the rate went up to $1335. I recently put $800 down on a 65'' HDTV and purchased a stand for $300 cash from Arron's Rent-to-own. The delivery time was scheduled between 4-7pm. The delivery guys finally showed up right at 7 which was fine, but when they unloaded the truck, they only brought the TV (which was damaged). they didn't bring the TV remote or the stand that I purchased! I purchased a multi pack (4 in a box)of this product. I had it on the top of my utility room cabinet and the box was knocked over. When I discovered that it fell over I picked it up and one of the bottles had leaked its conents out. I hadn't used any of the product out of the box yet. My husband and I took a cruise the week of March 20-27 on the Holland America Oosterdam to the Mexican Riviera. I would not recommend a aerobed to anyone. My first aerobed I bought in May 08 I had to return it to the store because of the seam being messed up the second one I used it 3 time and the seam came apart. Toshiba has the worst customer service of any computer company. Their laptops are flimsy and easily broken plus come with an inferior operating system. I purchased an L505D-S5986 from Newegg.com. The unit comes with a 64 bit duo processor but only the 32 bit version of Windows 7. I figured Toshiba would offer an upgrade at some point but I was wrong.
