I was sold frozen chicken, hamburger, shrimp, and fish. Iwas told this was very high quaity products fatfree and fresh. The chicken had an expiration date 0f 03-09-2009 and was freezer burned. YEXT uses high pressure sales tactics to get you to sign up. I ended up signing up. I was out and about and not near a computer to check them out while they were talking so I thought it sounded ok and went for it. I am having a problem with Transfirst owning up to their responsibility. I was promised a no early termination fee, I have all the documents to prove it and now they are saying they won't honor it. It blows my mind that companies like Transfirst are out there and doing business. This is a debt collection company who bought a debt from a company, Karsh Consulting, with whom I did business in 2003. However, I paid the original business in full for a business valuation completed in July, 2003. The debt collector filed a request for a judgment based on a contract between Karsh Consulting and an unknown person from a different city, with a different name and address on the contract. Went for an exam and purchased glasses on 1/4/2010. Realized after a week or so that I could not see the way I should. Went back to see if the Dr. Allen would recheck me. They did recheck the prescription as they had to order this out.
