I'm OVERLY concerned because I don't want to get "Suckered" in again. Out of the blue I was contacted by "Edward Peters" via Sierra Club. Mind you this was part of our Velas Vallata (Mexico time-share) purchase, resale/rental program. My espresso machine broke in May 2009. We shipped it to this company in July 2009 ($80 shipping) for repair. We were charged $153.70 for repair and when the machine was returned to us, it still had the same problems. In addition, a piece of the hardware broke off in shipping. My home burned to the ground along with everything I owned. I had a security and fire early warning monitoring system which was supposed to alert you of fire and also report fire to fire department. I am a loyal costomer of Skoal. I buy 3 to 4 cans of Skoal wintergreen pouches a week. The last few times I have been getting cans with ruptured pouches inside. Customer Service at its worst. I have had no problems with other branches of Greyhound Bus Lines in terms of their Package Express system. However, the El Monte station takes the cake. My credit card number was being used to make unauthorized charges. The purchases at Sears, Radio Shack and Walmart were authorized through MERCOLACOMH (Dr. Mercola sells vitamins online).
