In response to a mail offer from PCH in August, I ordered the $589.95 Nostalgic Style Sound System, using the consolation voucher of $400.00. I put the $189.95 difference on my MasterCard. I received one notice regaring the shoping fee I would need to be ready to pay. This has been weeks and I still haven't received the radio. Short version: I was getting gas at JT Fuels (Citgo) in Ledgewood, NJ. While gas was pumping, the attendant/manager changed the advertised price at the pump, and told me that I had to pay the new (higher) price ($0.05/gal higher). I made them stop pumping and argued that he needed to honor the original price. He told me it was already changed in the computer 5-10 minutes ago and that there was nothing he could do. Basically he ripped off every customer for those 5-10 minutes, I just the only one to call him on it. I paid the $5 that had already pumped, and left. I live in a small town in CO located on the Eastern plains. The only gas company that can deliver service to this area is Black Hills Energy. Up until about 2 months ago, I never had a problem. Just thinking about all the problems and headaches dealing with Innovative Merchants gets my blood pressure up, and I am mild mannered laid back person. I sure hope they are profitable for their shareholders because they run their customer service and risk management department so lean that you can never get anyone to call you back or respond to your request. The furniture is NOT leather. 3 months after purchasing furniture it was peeling and falling apart. A repairman has been out 4 times for the same thing. I had been paying my OUC energy bill online through their "e-check" system. For starters, OUC had the only online bill that does not offer Credit/Debit card payments and they also don't save any of your information in your online account.
