I purchased a book for my husband for Christmas. He received two copies of the same book and I tried to return my copy yesterday [Jan 1 2010] at this WalMart store. After waiting on line for about 20 minutes, I was told at Customer Service that books cannot be returned after three days. He did not read the book, or even open it. I am disappointed. I am a poet who has been searching for the right publisher for over two years. I was contacted by Xyllibris Publishing Co. Employee Jethro Aragon collected monies from me to publish my books. Afterwards we disagreed about the scale and payment of royalties. A long story short, after several emails and phone calls they refused to refund monies collected including an overdraft fee. I had a confirmed reservation for U-Save Car Rental (Orlando International Airport location). After some run around getting a shuttle from the airport to their off site rental locations, the shuttle dumped me off at another rental car company without telling me what was going on. I try to avoid Alaska, sometimes at considerable cost, just to avoid the unsupervised and rude gate agents in Helena, MT. Tonight I had the opportunity to just observe a Horizon gate agent while I waited for my Delta flight. It was amazing. One passenger after another, treated rudely and rushed. I purchased a 2005 Sonata in 2004. At the time I thought the loan was financed through Centrix. A year later my statements started coming from Peak 5. In 2006 my statements started coming from Flatiron. In January 2009 my vehicle was repossessed from my volunteer site during the daylight hours. I went outside to go to my car and it was gone. They seem like real nice people. But the support is bad. Start with no parts or service manual. The guy Paul Davis does not know very much about making bio-diesel unless it's very low ffa. He does not know how to make bio-diesel out of high ffa oil. I know more about his machine than he does. I had do all the research and yes it will make bio-diesel out of high ffa oil. Several months ago, I initiated a credit report with this company but never received anything from them. I assumed that I had erred in filing the application. However, I have now received two months' billing of $14.95 each from this company via my VISA credit card. I still have received no services from the company and do not wish to receive any. I wish to have these charges recinded from my credit card and no further charges applied to the card. Since there is no telephone number listed on my credit card statement, I do not know how to contact the company directly. I bought a Ridgid Lithium Ion drill less that a year ago. Loved the drill, used it sparingly, now all of a sudden it has all kinds of problems. I tried to take it back to home depot and they tell to take it to a service center over an hour away. I contacted the service center and they tell me there are all kinds of problems with the lithium ion drill and battery. Luckily ridgid has a lifetime service agreement on the drill otherwise it would be tough luck. If anybody is considering buying a Ridgid cordless power tool I would be very reluctant. Restaurant had added tip of 20% when I received the bill. There are no signs on menu, or anywhere mentioning about the tip surcharge. We were 7 adults and 1 child. Fitness 2000 gym facility in Dublin California is digusting the womens shower room and bathroom area is never cleaned and I've told them several times to clean it and I even took pictures to show them so they would see. Same story as above. Preheating oven when the broiler got hotter and hotter, started to smell the same odor as when teh self cleaner is engaged. That is, VERY HOT METAL !! Could not turn oven off via touch pad off button. Had to flip breaker. If we had been preoccupied we probably would have had a fire in the kitchen. I purchased a Sears snowblower model #536881501 on 11-4-05. We do not get much snow where we live and I have only used the snowblower approx. 20 times. About the 10th time I used it, the blade scraper and mounting base broke off and had to be replaced. I used it for only the second time this year(date 12-31-09) and the auger housing cracked on both sides and now I will have to order a auger housing and another snow blade scraper.
