I ordered a trial version and was charged $5.98 for shipping...the order was made on 09-05-09 and it finally arrived on 09-17-09...then I noticed today that they have charged my account for$79.95 that went through the bank on 09-22-09...not sure if this is related but last week my bank called me and asked if a charge for $83.00 was approved or I could decline it...and since I did not recognize the company name and didn't know what the charge was for..I had them decline it...now I'm not sure what is going on but I will be cancelling my card number at the bank and reporting this to authorities. read full review »

We got a letter informing us that we had been selected to get two free airfare tickets for going to a presentation. On May of 2006 I hired Valley Management to legalize my 2 family dwellings to a 3 family dwelling. They asked for a 7000.00 retainer fee to get the process going and it is now 2 years latter and nothing has been done. I tried to contact the Tulley Camino the owner of the company and I get no response back nor does he keep his appointments. I have filed a complaint with Consumer Affair as well as the BBB. Many times, Jess Stone Electrical Contractor did not show up to work as promised and did not call. Contractor was paid to secure wires in crawlspace and that work was not done. Contractor was paid to deliver a permit and that work was not done. Overall quality of work had defects. Contractor did not complete repairs. On May 16 2009 we sign contract with All - Brite to remodel our bathroom, with hefty down payment. Job suposingly should be done in aprox.4 weeks. OMG!!! Do not fall for these products!!! The companies add all kinds of extra charges on your credit card when you did not order the products. PLUS the trial is not really a trial--they enroll you in a monthly automatic shipment program & charge your credit card. I was monitoring my charges on line after I called both companies to cancel. Discount Advances is an online payday loan provider. They are located in Bermuda. I took out a small ($230) loan with them in May 2009. They allow extensions and partial payments in violation of Kansas State law while debiting my account every two weeks regardless of whether funds are available or not. To date they have caused more than $500 in NSF fees to my account and insist on charging their own NSF fee on each failed debit. I have been seeing this female doctor for over a year in Sevierville. She seems like a real nice lady and the staff too. Unfortunately for me I got the bad end of the stick. This company keep saying that this benefit for hospital and doctors would be very easy to use. Just use the id card at the doctors or hospital and they would call and get an ok and then you would pay a $20.00 Or a $25.00 Dollar payment and they would pay the rest. Think twice about ordering a car from this company!! They accepted a $5, 000 deposit on a new 2010 Ford Taurus from us in early July 2009 and now it is early October and still no car! We were told "we can't control delivery times" after they promised the car in 6-8 weeks at the time the deposit was made. We want our deposit back and we were flatly refused it by the general manager. They also did not even order the car until twelve days after we made the deposit and have been unwilling to explain why.
