In February of 2009 I purchased two French Bulldogs, a male and female, from Wendy Faith Laymon's webfrenchies in Rogersville, Missouri. When the dogs arrived the female was extremely sick. This man was called to fix my furnace, which was not working. He came out and worked on it and replaced a part that cost over $500. The furnance started up and ran while he was here. The next day, it shut down again. He came out twice and looked at it, but never fixed it. He left me in the cold with a non-working furnace. One of the worst places to eat during your visit in manitowish. When my family and I went there to have breakfast, the waitress wasn't the most friendly, service was slow, food was expensive etc. When we asked what was taking so long, the waitress replied with "we only have one cook working in the kitchen" which isn't our problem since we didn't go there to get slow service. We bought the expensive twin sized Aero Bed pillow-top with the quick-inflate pump. The first one broke after 3 seconds - did not complete its cycle of inflating the bed, nor would it switch to deflate. We took it back to Bed Bath & Beyond and they switched it out, no problem. Tonight I tried the 2nd one - this pump would not even start at all. I am taking it back tomorrow and will try to get another manufacturer's bed, or our money back. Those folks seem to lack any sense of consumer relations. After paying for a maintenance program online, I never received a license in key -- so I'm unable to use the product. My emails to "Support" requesting a key have been totally ignored. There seems to be no support available. The company is either selling vaporware or trying to retail products with little or no follow-up. I'm wondering what type of watchdog service might be able to put the brakes upon this type of outfit. Purchase NEW vehicle July 23, 2009. Paint chip on door and "shadow" on driver side rear quarter panel. Service says they cannot do anything about it that it has to go through sales. But over the past two months, they changed their billing to full minute increments from six second increments and my LD charges doubled. We found Wanamaker Restoration in Vermont on line and Ronald Wanamaker was eager to take on our antique window restoration. My husband and I purchased an antique leaded stain glass window to be restored and hung in our new kitchen in our 1892 Queen Anne Victorian.
