I bought a 95 4Runner from here. The engine blew after only 4 days. Had a full and clear vehicle inspection report which I believe was inaccurate to get it off the lot. They told me I had to pay for the repairs upfront after giving them all my cash for a down. I requested that they put the repair cost into my financing, replace the vehicle, or refund me. They aren't willing to do any of these. Now I'm out of a vehicle and out of a down payment unless I pay upfront for a new engine that they never should have sold. During my purchase at 8:00 PM when the dealership was trying to close my salesman put on an extremely hard sell for the Ford Premium Care Extended Service Plan. This company has lost all 3 female employees (in an 8 person company) in just over two months due to unfair practices. Company is likely in violation of the Equal Pay Act and exercised bullying and harassment of female employees when asking to work overtime hours without pay and when questioned about its unfair pay practices. I applied for a loan over the internet and was contact by a representative, Emma Green, from Lenox Lending Group supposedly in Providence, Rhode Island. I was told that I was approved for a $5, 000 loan, but had to pay an $800 Collateral payment due to my credit history. I did research on the company and didn't find anything negative. I was contacted via phone on 8/6/09 by an unsolicited company claiming they had been authorized by Medicare to send diabetic testing supplies to diabetic seniors. After stating my name, my physicians name( they obviously had my phone number) they asked for my Medicare Claim Number for billing purposes. Medicare numbers are also social security numbers which have an alphabetical letter attached. I ordered a pair of sneakers size US5.5 (Eur6). I received a pair of sneakers that are not the correct size. The sneaks fall off my feet. They are at least one and a half sizes too big. I contaced the company as soon as I received them. NO REPLY. I contacted them again the next day, still NO REPLY!! I purchased my Chrysler 300 in 2005. In November, 2007 I had to have it towed and repaired. The problem was the gear shift sticking. Now, in July, 2009 I am having to have the same problem fixed. I feel that someting is wrong, if I am having this problem fixed every other year. I know that I do not have an extended warranty, but that should not have anything to do with the problem. i would like to thank Kari ( manager at savemyhomeusa ) she had over 100 hrs that she worked on my file she was able to help stop my sale date on my home and get the lender to lower my rate to a 2% rate for a 40 year term. I have seen alot of good and bad press about loan modification companies and i think the first thing you have to do is be patient when you start the process. This company calls and offers free products. After agreeing to the "free" product, all of a sudden charges start showing up on our credit card at which time we called to cancel. We were told that we had to wait until the product was received and then return it unopened before credit would be issued.
