I called iPower sales to upgrade my webhosting. When they upgraded my contract to "Premier Plus" I lost the ability to maintain my website wtih their tool WebCreator (CM4all). Parents are paying premium on time and being charged for a month of no-coverage. Payment due one month in advance. Paid on June 30 & was told (by Kidcare) my son was covered for July with Medikids (Kids under 5) According to Medikids he is not covered until August and I should not owe an extra payment for July. I, on the advise of my son, had a room held until check-in on the 10th of July 2009. My bus pulled in late because of issues with the driver and number of passengers needing to board the bus. We purchased a Eureka upright vacuum cleaner (4750 Series) on May 31, 2009 from your McMurray, PA store. The vacuum came with one bag and that store location did not carry the replacement bags. I had an auto loan with Peak 5 a division of FlatIron Financial Services and when I called the Co. the voicemail indicated they were no longer in business. I never received a letter or phone call letting me know the change so I could send my payment in a prompt manner. This will delay my payment and could result in a reporting to the Credit Bureaus.
