I returned my rental car today and Enterprise is attempting to charge my insurance company (and me a $250 deductible) for a dent in the car that was NOT made during the time that I had the vehicle. VACAZON rented us a home in Miami Beach presenting it as a luxury home. This was farthest from the truth.
