I have the AAA plus RV Gold membership for Road Service. I updated the policy after informing AAA how disatisfied I was with their 5 mile tow service costing $75 for the policy and $18 registration fee and an additional $ 85 for the tow. This mailer suggests that there is a senior plan that may cover up to $15, 000 of my final expenses but provides no real information. Company is selling bad leads and refusing to respond to cancellation notices, emails and have long wait on telepohne calls to their customer service number. 100 % of the 15 free leads supplied replied were wrong nmbers or the person denied submitting any online information. In January 2011 we ordered over $7000 of furniture for Bill Cox Unpainted Furniture. We were told to expect delivery typically within 6-8 weeks, with a maximum of 12 weeks. Several times, we tried to call them, but they never answered their phone nor returned messages. The product is horrible and the company refuses to refund your money. They tell you that you now own the starter kit and that it can not be returned for a refund!! The cartridges are cheap and impossible to attach to the battery and atomizer without getting the liquid on you. I was told by Debtpro 123 not to speak to my creditors, therefore I did speak to them or tell them I was using their services. Debtpro did not contact them.
