Company is selling bad leads and refusing to respond to cancellation notices, emails and have long wait on telepohne calls to their customer service number. 100 % of the 15 free leads supplied replied were wrong nmbers or the person denied submitting any online information. Never order fries from this outlet. The fries that are served here are stale, never warm (let alone hot) and the worst part is that the container box that has the fries is always half empty. Ordered 4 oil filters via website on 6/29/2010 order reference# 511006 (for 2010 Nissan Rogue S). This web site requires you to select year, then manufacturer, then model. In January 2011 we ordered over $7000 of furniture for Bill Cox Unpainted Furniture. We were told to expect delivery typically within 6-8 weeks, with a maximum of 12 weeks. Several times, we tried to call them, but they never answered their phone nor returned messages. I have the AAA plus RV Gold membership for Road Service. I updated the policy after informing AAA how disatisfied I was with their 5 mile tow service costing $75 for the policy and $18 registration fee and an additional $ 85 for the tow. This mailer suggests that there is a senior plan that may cover up to $15, 000 of my final expenses but provides no real information. One of their customer service representatives took my credit card information, told me he HAD to keep it on file and would only need to take out ONE dollar that day. I have credit card companies using lawyer to get judgements against me. Why? Because no one has contacted them. I was told by Debtpro 123 not to speak to my creditors, therefore I did speak to them or tell them I was using their services. Debtpro did not contact them.
