Select Comfort / Sleep Number Bed
December 12, 2006
I purchased a sleepnumber bed from your Potomac Mills Store in Woodbridge VA almost a year and a half ago. I cannot express how completely UNHAPPY!!! I am with your product. I can honestly say sleeping on a bed of nails would probably be more comfortable. I wake with a extreme back ache every morning. The middle of my mattress looks like it is sunken in and I constantly lay in a big hole. I am ashamed to say that I ever purchased this product. This product should be taken off the market. Forzieri Shoes
December 12, 2006
I recently dealt with Forzieri (an on-line retailer) to buy a pair of Monk Strap shoes. I went out of my way to have my foot measured so that I would know my size. Forzieri said the shoes came large and suggested I get a size smaller, they did not fit. The shoes were so large that I went down another 2 sizes and they were still too large. Why I am complaining is that I had to pay the return shipping. I finally gave up on trying to find the size that was right for me. When I went to get credit for my purchase they ignored my e-mails until... read full review »

RC Smart Store
December 12, 2006
I purchased a helicopter from http://stores.ebay.com/RC-Smart-Store in August of 2006. When it would not fly, I contacted the seller for replacement parts. After several months of corresponding with this Hong Kong-based seller, I was instructed to return the helicopter for a refund. I did so at the end of October. Since that time, I have had no contact with the seller and no refund. This RC Smart Store is a scam. I returned their helicopter in good faith and they repaid me by stealing my $230. read full review »

December 12, 2006
I placed an order through the drive thru for a small order of livers and gravy. Now, the livers are listed at 3.99, so when i am told 5.82, i am wondering why?? I asked the guy running the drive thru. He said that gravy is 1.50. a dollar and a half for a little thing of gravy. I let him know that his menu does not tell customers that gravy is an extra charge. he didn't seem to care. So, when i pulled out, i called KFC to talk to the manager. She got on the phone and explained very rudely that it has always been this way. i explained... read full review »

We ordered 3 Thanksgiving dinners, we waited for 30-45 minutes, the waiter brought one plate of food. There was no silverware on the table to eat with. Virgin Atlantic Airways
December 12, 2006
We just flew, for the first time, with Virgin Atlantic to Heathrow. Our one way ticket was very inexpensive and we had a great few days in London because of Virgin's lost cost fare. I booked this flight way in advance and got a aisle and middle seat for my wife and myself. I absolutely need an aisle and would not have booked this flight if one wasn't available. When I got my boarding pass at the airport I noticed that our seats had been changed. Why? It was a light flight and they had to redistribute the load for... read full review »

I'm ignored at the register for about 5 minutes, then I get the "oh were you ready to pay?" No worries, it's busy, so we start the transaction. To start off she asks "Can I get your last name?" and I say, "no thanks". She stares at me, her manager turns to look, if there had been music playing it would have come to a complete stop and everyone in the store would have dropped what they were holding to turn, and she replies "um...seriously?" To which I say "um...yes". I'm so sick... read full review »

Randy Wise Chevrolet Buick Pontiac Dealership in Milan Michigan
December 12, 2006
To GM Customer service Buick Customer Assistance Complaint Department This is to inform your complaint department about the high-pressure disgusting way we were treated at the Randy Wise Chevrolet Buick Pontiac dealership in Milan Michigan. It started with my phone call to them asking for a price on a 2006 Buick Terraza. December 12, 2006
Our family is enjoying Thanksgiving and are all here and agree that is extremely unreasonable of the NFL to charge consumers to enjoy a national sport, which historically was family entertainment and costs incorporated under basic network tv and/or cable. Mid-West Life Insurance Company
December 12, 2006
My daughter and I thought we had medical coverage though this company, but it appears that we only pay for insurance. When medical bills are presented they are denied for payment. The list of excuses is long for this company. 80% coverage of medical bills must have only been a promise by Mid-West Life Insurance Company. It is certainly not a promise they intended on keeping. My doctor called Mid-West Life Insurance to make sure the procedure was covered. Mid-West said it was covered and then they refused to pay my doctor. After telling me that they could not locate my account, I still kept requesting a refund. Now (December), I've noticed another charge of $10 and tried calling them. If you make your reservation online or over a franchise 1800 number, always call the hotel directly to ask specific questions regarding your stay. Directions (ie road construction, internet service, gyms, breakfast, pool) the 1800 and net reservations don't always know if there is a problem at the hotel. 2.
