This is an absolutely fake website. I was looking to get a new internet connection from Comcast and found this site upon googling comcast. This site is a third party vendor but it does not mention anywhere on their site. They offered me low installation charges and rebate for the modem. We had the same experience at the Riviera Maya location 1/28/11. Many things were promised by the salesperson about the Grand Paradise Club membership which turned out to be not true. He assured us repeatedly that we had 5 business days to cancel per Mexican law with full refund. When we tried to do that, we were told that no refund was possible so we are following up with our credit card and Profeco (Mexican consumer protection agency). DO NOT GET ROCK CHIPS REPAIRED HERE. The do not warranty their work, so if the rock chip repair fails you are out of luck. However they will apply the cost of the repair to a new windshield. Long story short we just had 2 rock chips repaired here (small chips, smaller then a dime in size). They did not even drill into the glass nor did they seal it properly afterward! I called Elavon back in October to confirm when I should call about closing my acct. because the contract would expire in January of 2011. I was told to call back around Jan 25th to have it taken care of. Sine then I have called at least five times and feel as though I get the run around each time. Meanwhile, Merchant Services continues to charge my account every month for a fee plus other charges. I signed up with AT&T through based on a Wirefly promotion AT&T authorized for $59.99 a month. The plan was simple, plenty of features, and it was a bit over budget but I really liked the free Blackberry phone that I received with the promotion. After signing up AT&T spoke with me where they began to add a smartphone fee charge that was not agreed to by me, and they added other charges not previously mentioned or agreed to. Gave all info to file federal return. Before processing, 123 asked for credit card info to file state return. Their web site, the next day, stated my fed return had been rejected for a bogus reason. I had a friend from Jacksonville, NC send me two starter kits, as we could not get them in our home town, each kit had 15 filters with them.we could only get about 4 or 5 puffs or less from each filter.The filters lasted about a week.Thinking they had dryed out, i had my friend get us more filters 15 each.The cost of the filters was $64.95. and they don't work any better than the one's that came in the kits .So the replacement fillters cost me over $2.00 each for a product that is not worth a S- - -!! I was misled by this company representing themselves as a HUD affiliated company that helps homeowners that are behind in their mortgages. John Martin asked me to send them $4100 to save my home from foreclosure. I was then told my mortgage was red flagged and I would need to sent them another $2500 for attorney fees. I purchased t shirt from minitrade online on 2nd feb when it eventually arrived it was the wrong item when I requested a replacement they refused keep offering part refund and demanding shipping money to send correct item which I doubt I would ever see. This person rented our property exclusive of utility bills, convincing us they could afford it, then left us paying over 550 of utility bills and taking items from the property. They advertise jobs in entry level marketing. The first interview lasts about 5 minutes, the second is basically a long day of free labor with a sketchy "employee" going around to businesses and bothering them while they work. Many retailers (JCPenney, Herberger's, Kohl's) now price nearly everything on sale all of the time. It must be illegal to say that the item was "previously offered at", or "was", or all of the other terms they use to now offer the item at the "sale" price when it never was priced at the "original" price. I bought a warranty for my car in 2006, did all the requirements they suggested for the warranty to go in effect. In 2010 my car ran hot, had it towed in call the warranty service thety told me to take it to a dealer have them notify the claim department. They finally got back with a fax after the shop faxed them all the information about the problem, saying the claim was denied. Appolo Heating aka Hudson Valley Heating installed a Lennox gas furnace, air conditioner, and duct work in my new home a few years back. They recently came to my house to replace a faulty ignitor. After originally refusing to acknowledge that the part was under warranty, they were eventually convinced. However they refunded only their cost for the part despite having charged me double that (plus labor).
