I am in agreement with the other complaints. I have been e filing my income tax with Turbo Tax for years. This year I spent 40 minutes filing and at the end I was charged $29.00. If I didn't give a credit card they would not file my return or I could pay them $39.00 that would be taken out of my return. I bought a new 2011 Expedition on DEC 2010 on a FRI night so I was unable to get the vehicle washed at the time. We purchased a International Dt466 from Jasper Engines & Transmissions in July of 2010 for $13, 452.00. The Engine had a massive oil leak coming from the breather tube the moment we started the new engine. We contacted Jasper immediately and they told us to check a couple of things and that maybe the engine had to be broken in and not to call them until it had 100hrs on it. The leak never stopped. They sent us a new engine but never compensated us for the r&r and repairs as they promised they would. Furniture was delivered in the evening. In the morning we could see the couch and chair did not match. We called that morning to inform them. They refuse to replace either piece to match. Then two months after we used the furniture, the stitching came out on the couch at the bottom. Only two old people use it--us! Very unpleasant experience with these people. Be sure to have the salespeople put everything in writing. First, the mattress set was delayed for days. Then, when they finally did deliver it, it was not the same as the one in the store. To make a long story short, we were told we could get a full refund, then they reneged and said we’d have to pay a 25% restocking fee and a pick up fee. The company, ESBI - Total Protectionplus is using Verizon to charge the Verizon customers for services they did not order. The charge, usually $14.95 is shown on the Verizon phone bill as a charges on behalf of the third party, ESBI - Total Protectionplus, phone number 1-866-527-4932. I was charged for Electronic Fax Mofee. I do not have any fax or fax/modem . Verizon refuses to remove these charges from the bill. The Total reached by phone, is saying you have to pay, and they will credit you in 1-2 month. The ESBI-Total Protection is doing this for many years. My mother has an AARP credit card that she uses for paying for prescriptions by mail. Her last prescription ordered she needed to pay $6.30, when ordering she was told that her credit card did not go through as she was over limit - that is impossible as she pays her credit card EVER AND I MEAN EVERY MONTH and has a credit limit of $3000!!! My mother received a call today. Told she won $225, 000 from a Megabox Sweepstakes. The name of the caller was "John Rogers" who claimed to be a Pastor in Pennsylvania. He was very convincing and even though she knew from the start that this was a Scam, she was still interested enough that she wanted me to call to check it out.
